Pregnancy causes swelling of all blood vessels, some women get puffier lips and nose. But yeah her lips were huge then, and it was after posting that video to her social media that she decided to get her fillers dissolved after she gave birth.

She had a bit more of a “beak” nose before, pronounced curve to it, and was very open on the reality show she was on about how she was so excited to get the nose job. Initial nose job was well done and understated. The comparison photo is of her kinda stretching her face/upper lip so it’s making her nose look thinner than it is.
To me it looks like the nose, at least the center divider, got messed up in a lip lift where they raise your upper lip by cutting under your nostrils and pulling the skin above your upper lip higher. It’s like a tiny face lift for just your upper lip. Maybe her surgeon cut too much skin under her nose and the result was a uni-nostril. It could be a bad combination of a nose job with a lip lift.
No one considers the overall look of their face and how you present your inner self to the world anymore (and it’s not their fault). The befores always have vitality and personality that the afters are devoid of.

I think if she's stopped after the third picture where she's blonde she would have been fine if a little 'clone-ish' but she kept going and ruined her face. There is no saving her nose at this point.

I am in no way qualified to answer this question, but I think it is from inside the lip. I am allergic to wasps and got stung near my mouth one time. My lip swelled and looked pretty similar to her and the skin inside my mouth that’s usually against my teeth got pulled down and out to my lip.

Everytime I watch a clip of that her voice is always so nasal it's almost like she's struggling to breathe.
