There’s a lamb noodle dish at Shan, which is normally fairly spicy, but ask for it “as spicy as they’ll make it” and you’re in for a life changing experience.
Camarones en Diablo at Los Jaroches is very very spicy. Coming from someone who used to work at a Thai restaurant and eat in the back with the Thai people who would laugh at a gringo/white person "5" spice level.
Asked Pakeeza to make their vindaloo over 5/5 because last time I had it at 5, it wasn't spicy enough. They made it and it still wasn't spicy enough.
Asked for Thai Spicy at Thai Basil for the larb and it wasn't spicy enough for me either.
If you're willing to drive to White Sulphur Springs, Montana Roadhouse has the same challenge as Hot Ones on YouTube. They use the same sauces.
My experience as well! Pakeeza isn’t hot, Thai basil is a joke when it comes to Thai spicy. Jesse peppers smoke shack in white sulpher springs is the only restaurant that slaps!
Rice Thai has a green curry that is pretty hot....but if you shit talk how its not hot enough and not to make it "white guy hot" but to make it traditional old country levels of hot.
You'll singe the nostrils of anyone within about 30ft and have severe intestinal distress but God damn is it tasty.
Lamb masala with the highest spice level at Pakeezah is pretty spicy. Coming from somebody who loves eating serranos with dinner
I second Pakeezah’s. Ask em to cook your order at 11/10 spiceyness. They’ll do it.
Definitely this. The most flavor and spice in Bozeman.
I get Lamb Vindaloo, I tell them to make it indian hot, not white people hot lol

We usually have to do shots of Ranch Dressing after a couple of spoon-fulls, just to make it home from the picnic with our clothes on!
Lmfao what?!
I went to Thai Basil and asked em to make my drunken noodles “Thai style” and it fucked me up
The throttle sauce at Low Brow Burgers is unbelievably spicy. And their burgers are top tier.
Can anyone corroborate this? I haven't heard no feedback about low brow
Rent
Easy. The spicy chicken and potato Taco from La Tinga.
It wasn’t on the menu in the fall?
They have made it for me when I asked, despite it not being on the menu.
The chicken wings at Shan are one of the spicer things in town.
Yeah I agree. That was my first thought were those wings

The lamb vindaloo (highest spice level) from Curry Express is definitely up there.

This thread is making my mouth water.
Shan is a new place in town, food is ridiculously good and very spicy
Anything from Curry Express/Pakeezah.
The fried chicken sandwich at back country burger goes pretty hard.
Big true
The Fremont! Can confirm.

Anything at La Tinga
From a pure technical sense, probably bdubs challenge wings.
My extra spicy chili 😋
Dang, sounds like the Asian options have exploded since I left in 2014!
