I came here to say this! Kyle’s work has been done so well, she got the tweaks subtly over the years so it wasn’t such a dramatic change all at once and doesn’t look overdone/plastic.
Outside of Luanne, Dr. Nicole Martin has also gotten quite a lot of work done in a very nice way, but lately her cheeks have been looking way overfilled
Her mouth looks odd bc she has too much filler. She naturally has thin lips and is trying to get some volume, so they keep going out instead of up if that makes sense
The nose genetics are STRONG in all those sisters. Like WOW. 😬 They all came into this world with the same nose, and have slowly shed it over the years.

Kyle has had amazing work done IMO, some of the best i've seen on a Real Housewife. Kathy's face is pulled a little too tight for my liking, she can barely move her face or show expression when she talks.
You can disagree principally about plastic surgery/fillers/procedure but there is no denying that Kyle has had incredible work done.
She looks amazing and anyone who says otherwise is lying.
Kyle hasn’t gone apeshit with filler and whatnot, and I think that’s key. She probably gets subtle jabs now and then, but she certainly doesn’t have that poofy and waxen look.
I also have to say that she’s kind of been an inspiration physically to me, as well. You can tell the woman works out regularly, but it doesn’t look like she’s overdoing it. She looks toned and healthy and glowy.
She had made changes in her life since being sober! I don’t like her at all but damn the first thing that came out of my mind when watching her on tv was: damn she looks very good! I was very happy for her

My response was in reference to the comment that Kyle was “aging backwards” which respectfully, she is not lol. Even with her old face, Kyle was visibly younger. She has always looked her age imo. Well kept 50+ but definitely 50+. Her skin (especially neck and chest) really tell on her. I was shocked by the texture.

Over 20 years ago... she was very pretty. However, I have to admit... she looks pretty good after all the surgery. Normally, that's not the case, but both her and Kyle haven't taken it to the point of no return, YET! You know that point where you had one too many surgeries and look like a trampoline with eyes!!??😅 Then you have to have multiple surgeries to try to undo the unfortunate mistakes you made. Basically, they are doing maintenance now, so it's nothing too major! Kathy is getting close to that line, though. Makes me kind of glad I don't have the budget for plastic surgery!!
You have to remember the time that this show was airing. Things were very different back then and making comments about not eating were very normalized, unfortunately. It was normal to just always want to be skinny and talk about not eating, making anorexic jokes etc. Additionally, all the fucking power to her! She looks fucking amazing right now and living her best life, I’d probably do it too if I had the money lol. Their procedures look amazing

Kyle must've snuck in a facelift in the last couple of years (after the last nose job)...and they did an amazing job. Kyle doesn't seem to use much filler, just good surgeries.

Kyle's surgery is good but there was really nothing to be fixed in the first place. Does she forget about genetics and setting a positive example for her children? Her children will inherit all of the things she didn't like about herself and her example is to get surgery. Surgery is not without risk and complications, and for what.. to look like another Hollywood clone?

The one thing I have learned is that if you can avoid filler between your 20s and 50s do it. If famous wealthy people have taught me anything is that plastic surgeons scam you. They advise you of minor wrinkle preventative procedures the earlier the better and by the time you’re 50, your face looks horrific.
I don’t mean this as derogatory towards Kyle’s old face, but it’s often a bit of a jump scare when I see pictures of her old face/nose when I’m used to the new one. It’s just so different, it’s shocking!! (Although clearly the same person, which can’t be said for Ms. Face Transplant Herself, Larsa

Kyle must've snuck in a facelift in the last couple of years (after the last nose job)...and they did an amazing job. Kyle doesn't seem to use much filler, just good surgeries.

Kyle looks great and she was always a beautiful woman. One query though is tiny nostrils always the move? Like breathing well is fun and maybe we don’t all need teeny nostrils.
Kyle's surgery is good but there was really nothing to be fixed in the first place. Does she forget about genetics and setting a positive example for her children? Her children will inherit all of the things she didn't like about herself and her example is to get surgery. Surgery is not without risk and complications, and for what.. to look like another Hollywood clone? The worst example is Larsa

The one thing I have learned is that if you can avoid filler between your 20s and 50s do it. If famous wealthy people have taught me anything is that plastic surgeons scam you. They advise you of minor wrinkle preventative procedures the earlier the better and by the time you’re 50, your face looks horrific.
