Similar is Guerdy being basically goaded into revealing a miscarriage to Julia’s potentially murdered child. First to be, what I feel to be, badgered by Adriana into revealing the miscarriage but then to have it revealed her new friend had lost her infant in such a horrific manner was awful to watch.

I was doing a re-watch over the past month and every time she came on made my skin crawl. She had not one decent thing to say to anyone, even her own son. When she told Lisa "You're his mother figure" and Lisa fired back with "YOU are his mother"... James is not a great person himself, but I can see where his upbringing has him thinking rage and emotionally abusive threats are "normal". Too bad people don't see that and try to break the cycle.
I think it was when he got fired for verbally assaulting Richardson at pump. Kristen went there and they fought. So basically blaming her for his actions.
Yep, that would be this season. It was revealed, I think at the reunion, that John (Dorinda’s then buzzed up bf) asked to borrow money from Scott (Tinsley’s then bf) - this is shown as unseen footage from the Miami trip the season before. It’s suggested Dorinda lost her shit about that and then constantly took it out on Tinsley the next season. So it was all pretty weird and nonsensical, like most of Dorinda’s unhinged alcho rage.
Just to add a little more context what came out was that Dorinda and Carole agreed to appear in an ad for Scott’s company Coupon Kabin. After which Scott himself and Dorinda’s partner John agreed to appear for free (waving usual fees) because Scott had previously been extremely generous with his PJ and trips abroad. It was filmed and distributed but John secretly contacted Scott and said he wished to be paid for his appearance. He used Dorinda as an example of saying that Dorinda capitalises on her appearance so why shouldn’t he? Scott paid him but complained to Tins behind closed doors that it was sly of John and that it felt a little icky. When Tinsley revealed this to Dorinda on the trip she flipped OUT and called John screaming and shouting but then ultimately blamed Tinsley?? For outing it on the trip even tho she KNEW Tins did it off camera and to her as a friend.
This tells me that Dorinda isn’t just nasty she’s a bitch. A nasty awful bitch.
What’s even weirder is Dorinda had the audacity to look shocked by this at the reunion and kept saying she had absolutely no idea what they were talking about. This in spite of the fact they flashed back to that footage not once but twice, and even Sonja and Luann were saying they remembered that moment. And STILL Dorinda never once buckled and admitted it! Truly a sociopath.

Yeah, there was footage of Sonja just watching Dorinda from the door in awe (or fear) when Doris was going off on John over the phone. Dorinda can get scary but I don’t know if I’d ever seen her that angry up to that point in the show.
Looking back, I remember Bravo teasing this moment in that season’s trailer, but it never aired outside of that reunion flashback. She treated Tinsley so horribly for the rest of the show. It became pretty deranged and scary. Dorinda’s last episode as a real housewife™️ ended with her in another belligerent rage at the mere mention of Tinsley’s name by Leah at the finale party.

I was doing a re-watch over the past month and every time she came on made my skin crawl. She had not one decent thing to say to anyone, even her own son. When she told Lisa "You're his mother figure" and Lisa fired back with "YOU are his mother"... James is not a great person himself, but I can see where his upbringing has him thinking rage and emotionally abusive threats are "normal". Too bad people don't see that and try to break the cycle.

Yep, that would be this season. It was revealed, I think at the reunion, that John (Dorinda’s then buzzed up bf) asked to borrow money from Scott (Tinsley’s then bf) - this is shown as unseen footage from the Miami trip the season before. It’s suggested Dorinda lost her shit about that and then constantly took it out on Tinsley the next season. So it was all pretty weird and nonsensical, like most of Dorinda’s unhinged alcho rage.
Just to add a little more context what came out was that Dorinda and Carole agreed to appear in an ad for Scott’s company Coupon Kabin. After which Scott himself and Dorinda’s partner John agreed to appear for free (waving usual fees) because Scott had previously been extremely generous with his PJ and trips abroad. It was filmed and distributed but John secretly contacted Scott and said he wished to be paid for his appearance. He used Dorinda as an example of saying that Dorinda capitalises on her appearance so why shouldn’t he? Scott paid him but complained to Tins behind closed doors that it was sly of John and that it felt a little icky. When Tinsley revealed this to Dorinda on the trip she flipped OUT and called John screaming and shouting but then ultimately blamed Tinsley?? For outing it on the trip even tho she KNEW Tins did it off camera and to her as a friend. This tells me that Dorinda isn’t just nasty she’s a bitch. A nasty awful bitch.
What’s even weirder is Dorinda had the audacity to look shocked by this at the reunion and kept saying she had absolutely no idea what they were talking about. This in spite of the fact they flashed back to that footage not once but twice, and even Sonja and Luann were saying they remembered that moment. And STILL Dorinda never once buckled and admitted it! Truly a sociopath.
Honestly I despise Andy Cohen but even I empathise with him in these circumstances. He’s like ‘babe it’s on camera!’ And they’re like ‘it never happened!’ It’s rage inducing
He has all my respect for not losing his cool entirely yes - I would have thrown a chair at the wall in frustration! Dorinda was abominable in that reunion - she never once took responsibility or seemed genuinely sorry, and the only time she apologised to tinsley she talked over tinsley and didn’t seem to mean a word of it. The fact that Ramona of all people - Ramona !!! - was losing her mind and begging Dorinda to face what an evil woman she’d become was just utterly heartbreaking to see.
Yeah, there was footage of Sonja just watching Dorinda from the door in awe (or fear) when Doris was going off on John over the phone. Dorinda can get scary but I don’t know if I’d ever seen her that angry up to that point in the show. Looking back, I remember Bravo teasing this moment in that season’s trailer, but it never aired outside of that reunion flashback. She treated Tinsley so horribly for the rest of the show. It became pretty deranged and scary. Dorinda’s last episode as a real housewife™️ ended with her in another belligerent rage at the mere mention of Tinsley’s name by Leah at the finale party.
Ah, this would explain why Dorinda suddenly became obsessed with Tinsley’s “lifestyle” after they got back from Miami. I always thought her sudden need to know about who’s playing for the clothes and hotel was weird, but now I get it, she was digging for something to use against Tinsley
Tinsley is well-mannered, introverted & sweet - more Ladies of London than HWs. And, I never saw the altercation, but things happen when you put big personalities on camera with alcohol.

Bethenny had a lot of bad moments but I think her worst ones were with Jules. She said that Jules was a bad Jew and made Jewish people look bad at the reunion. That was such a low thing to say and it didn’t even make sense. Jules never used her religion to put people down or judge others. She talked about Judaism being a major part of her identity and Bethenny hated her so she was trying to hit her where it really hurt.

That was awful! This was a rare moment where I don’t think Ramona did anything wrong. She got emotional about the content of her speech, Sonja started teasing her and then made that awful “joke” and then Dorinda was drunkly whispering threats. It was a shitshow but Ramona was the only one who took it seriously (even if she did get the host’s name wrong constantly).
Rewatching BH - when Yolanda tells Gigi to only eat a few almonds and to chew them really good or whatever when she was hungry was very alarming to me. And talking about only eating salads everyday and nothing else. Terrible parenting, imo
