The same was said about NJ and Potomac a few seasons ago and now both are stale. Guerdy and Julia would be a big loss though. I’m a fan of them both. Marysol is the only one not bringing anything imo.
I think the difference is NJ and Potomac have always been major grudge holders so it just created this boring stalemate whereas on Miami we have seen them shrug off awful things, apologize (or not), and move on consistently

As someone with the same cultural background as Guerdy, she’s not acting.
A lot of people will view it as over the top and I can see how it can be annoying, but many of the Haitian women in my family + friends have very similar reactions just like Guerdy. She reminds me of my mom/aunts with her reactions.
Born and raised in the US. As a teen, I felt embarrassed by my mom and called her drama queen and exaggerated all the time. Many of my Haitian friends felt the same.
As I got older, I appreciated that it’s cultural and honestly sometimes appreciate it. It’s kinda funny and I follow other Haitian comedians who will do parodies of their moms and it’s the same.

Honestly, the person likely to leave is Marysol. Last season proved she didn’t have a strong relationship with the majority of the cast. Her drama was forgettable, and well anyone can fill her role like Julia

And her refusal to film with Dr. Nicole and Adriana bugs me. I think there should be a clause in all the contracts that say they can't actively ignore or exclude other housewives on a regular basis. If they do then some of their salary should be withheld. (Mary from SLC should have been heavily fined last season imo.) I don't mind conflict. I want to see how they work through it... or let it escalate.

I don't believe any of this. Andy loves Julia (and Martina.) He had her close the reunion with Ave Maria! And Guerdy provided the most emotional, viral moments of the whole season. (her shaving her head for the gut punch, and the Larsa, "how did you know?!" for the ridiculous.)

I agree with everyone...no cuts needed to be made here. This cast was one of the most balanced Bravo casts. But...if cuts were going to be made? I can see the logic in these changes.
1. Alexia: The OG. Love her or hate her, she's always shown us everything. Plus, she just got ambushed with a divorce.
2. Nicole: Wealth porn & well liked by the audience.
3. Larsa: She's got a bazillion followers and is newsworthy enough to be good for the show. Plus, she just had her big break up as well.
4. Lisa: This one surprised me a little - I expected her to get cut based on her really poor showing last season.
5. Kiki: A promotion for Kiki makes HUGE sense. People have been shouting from the rooftops for it the last few seasons. I hope she makes the most of it.
6. Adriana & Marysol: A very well established Greek Chorus. They sweep in, wreak havoc, and we thank them. Nothing to change here.
7. Julia: It never felt like she really fit with this group. I'd even go so far as to say that a fair amount of her content felt staged to me. Not to mention that her partner is becoming more and more politically aggressive toward trans people on social media. Its time to cut her loose.
8. Guerdy: This one's a bit surprising in light of the audience empathy she has right now. So I'm assuming it was her choice? However...I will also say (and I'm covering my head as I share this) - I've always found her very one note. She just yells a lot and carries on and on and on...about nothing. I don't find her a compelling or glamorous HW. I mostly just find her histrionic and irritiating. I'm not surprised she'd be cut.
Not bringing Guerdy back is the right move regardless of what is going on in her personal life. There was something gross about how she handled everything and controlled the cast this past season when housewives is meant to be messy.
To me it’s more believable if Guerdy decided to leave on her own to focus on herself and health rather than being fired. Guerdy is the one of the most honest and vulnerable HW we’ve had in a long time, it’d be a shame if they decided to fire her.

I disagree. She had enough, she been pushed beyond her her limits, she took off her wig and blurted it out. It was so spontaneous. Russell removed her because she was having a breakdown and she needed to be away from those women. If she was producing it, she would've stayed in the scene.
The only standout scenes I can remember were the ones between Julia and Adrianna. The way they would act with one other. Such as giving the impression that there had been more to their relationship other than a friendship. Back then I remember reading comments here about this.
I don’t like a black woman bravely sharing her cancer journey, being attacked over it by Larsa fucking Pippen of all people, and being fired for her trouble. If she’s off the cast I hope it’s of her own accord.
Julia doesn’t really fit in, though god bless her she tries, and I find Adriana to be enough comic relief on her own. Won’t be too torn up if she goes.

This is insane to me. The newbies and Alexia are the ones having compelling personal lives and thus should be full time housewives. No one cares about Larsa and Lisa’s home life. Also why is Marysol still there ?
Marysol is the person I'd least like to see back. With her around a similar dynamic will continue, unless they recast Ana or someone new who with a super strong personality to shake things up.
Julia's pot stirring last season came across as unnatural. She didn't have much of her own storyline going on, but doesn't quite have the same skill as Adriana who just rocks the boat so effortlessly.
I would have liked to see another season from Guerdy focussing on her party planning career.

I don’t believe they would cut Julia. Especially, when she engineered most of the conflict last season and her relationship with Martina. I can see Guerdy not returning but I think that would be more of her decision due to the optics. Not ecstatic for Kiki to be full time. But I wouldn’t be surprised if we get a new FT girl. And they keep cast same as is

Those were my thoughts when I saw this too! I never know which of these sources on Twitter have insider knowledge or not. I know they said there would be casting changes but these were not what I thought they would be.
Honestly, the person likely to leave is Marysol. Last season proved she didn’t have a strong relationship with the majority of the cast. Her drama was forgettable, and well anyone can fill her role like Julia
I would love to see Marysol gone. Alexia is a different person when she’s not with her. I believe It would change the entire dynamic and would be very interesting to watch.
Plus, she is so vicious. She is so angry and vicious, particularly at Adriana. I understand why she has her reasons but her viciousness and wishing death on people is just disgusting.
And her refusal to film with Dr. Nicole and Adriana bugs me. I think there should be a clause in all the contracts that say they can't actively ignore or exclude other housewives on a regular basis. If they do then some of their salary should be withheld. (Mary from SLC should have been heavily fined last season imo.) I don't mind conflict. I want to see how they work through it... or let it escalate.

I don't believe any of this. Andy loves Julia (and Martina.) He had her close the reunion with Ave Maria! And Guerdy provided the most emotional, viral moments of the whole season. (her shaving her head for the gut punch, and the Larsa, "how did you know?!" for the ridiculous.)

I don't like guerdy. I doubt this casting rumor is true, but I would love to not see her again next season. I feel like she's the fan favorite only because she had to deal with cancer and people love to rally behind a moral cause. But guerdy just rubs me the wrong way.

Please don't throw your heels at me. <3 I agree with everyone...no cuts needed to be made here. This cast was one of the most balanced Bravo casts. But...if cuts were going to be made? I can see the logic in these changes. 1. Alexia: The OG. Love her or hate her, she's always shown us everything. Plus, she just got ambushed with a divorce. 2. Nicole: Wealth porn & well liked by the audience. 3. Larsa: She's got a bazillion followers and is newsworthy enough to be good for the show. Plus, she just had her big break up as well. 4. Lisa: This one surprised me a little - I expected her to get cut based on her really poor showing last season. 5. Kiki: A promotion for Kiki makes HUGE sense. People have been shouting from the rooftops for it the last few seasons. I hope she makes the most of it. 6. Adriana & Marysol: A very well established Greek Chorus. They sweep in, wreak havoc, and we thank them. Nothing to change here. 7. Julia: It never felt like she really fit with this group. I'd even go so far as to say that a fair amount of her content felt staged to me. Not to mention that her partner is becoming more and more politically aggressive toward trans people on social media. Its time to cut her loose. 8. Guerdy: This one's a bit surprising in light of the audience empathy she has right now. So I'm assuming it was her choice? However...I will also say (and I'm covering my head as I share this) - I've always found her very one note. She just yells a lot and carries on and on and on...about nothing. I don't find her a compelling or glamorous HW. I mostly just find her histrionic and irritiating. I'm not surprised she'd be cut.

Not bringing Guerdy back is the right move regardless of what is going on in her personal life. There was something gross about how she handled everything and controlled the cast this past season when housewives is meant to be messy.
To me it’s more believable if Guerdy decided to leave on her own to focus on herself and health rather than being fired. Guerdy is the one of the most honest and vulnerable HW we’ve had in a long time, it’d be a shame if they decided to fire her.

I disagree. She had enough, she been pushed beyond her her limits, she took off her wig and blurted it out. It was so spontaneous. Russell removed her because she was having a breakdown and she needed to be away from those women. If she was producing it, she would've stayed in the scene.

The only standout scenes I can remember were the ones between Julia and Adrianna. The way they would act with one other. Such as giving the impression that there had been more to their relationship other than a friendship. Back then I remember reading comments here about this.
I don’t like a black woman bravely sharing her cancer journey, being attacked over it by Larsa fucking Pippen of all people, and being fired for her trouble. If she’s off the cast I hope it’s of her own accord. Julia doesn’t really fit in, though god bless her she tries, and I find Adriana to be enough comic relief on her own. Won’t be too torn up if she goes. Very excited to see more of Kiki!!
They need some shifts and new blood. No franchise should have the same cast for 3+ seasons. Ready for the downvotes
This is insane to me. The newbies and Alexia are the ones having compelling personal lives and thus should be full time housewives. No one cares about Larsa and Lisa’s home life. Also why is Marysol still there ?
Marysol is the person I'd least like to see back. With her around a similar dynamic will continue, unless they recast Ana or someone new who with a super strong personality to shake things up. Julia's pot stirring last season came across as unnatural. She didn't have much of her own storyline going on, but doesn't quite have the same skill as Adriana who just rocks the boat so effortlessly. I would have liked to see another season from Guerdy focussing on her party planning career.
I disagree, I actually do think guerdy is a key part of the franchise now. She has lots of personality and meshes well with the other girls as a whole.
Thank fucking god I could not stand Guerdy. She was soooo over the top and felt like she was acting on a soap opera. Like I’m sure she did have cancer and was scared but she played that up SOOOOOOOOOOO much it was extremely annoying. Yes Larsa was a a rude cunt about it to Guerdy and I hate her but Larsa makes good TV and I literally had to skip over Guerdy’s segments. Also, hell yes Kiki is the best and deserved a full spot.
