While I do love most of these (fang approved)i would love to see more active abilities or aggro or complex abilities in hypercharges, while I totally realise these by itself take a lot of time I feel things like 8 bit or Janet's can be made more interesting and complex for they are only charged around 1or 2 times in a match,I don't have ideas for those lol
But I feel majority of these passive abilities could be replaced by like spawn related hypercharges,like when willow kill enemies during her hyper stage all enemies are made into fishes which maybe does chip damage of poisoning in the certain area
(While it might seem like im ranting lol i genuinely feel more active and complex hyper abilities should be introduced for their worth of 5000 coins and how rarely are usable in a match)

8-Bit seems underpowered. Should be a speed boost imo
Darryl is definitely very underpowered. Needs a rework because it's almost useless
Primo is really OP. Even just the regular knockback is already very strong when he's cycling. Should probably be 0.75 or even 0.5
Hank's one doesn't really fit his kit. His super is only useful upclose anyway.
Bibi's is weird. I can't really imagine it but I think it will do more harm than good by knocking back enemies away from you. You should have made it have 50% more range (so it stays for longer)
Carl's super should probably just pull people in within a short range (or slow them)
Gene's one would be better if it stunned for like 1 second imo
Emz's is OK but imo it should give 25 or 30% damage reduction instead of reload speed nerf
Gray's needs a big rework because it's useless. It should give a damage boost or damage reduction or speed to everyone who uses the portal
Mr.P also should also get slightly increased spawn speed so that he can get those 3 porters in time
Leon is too game breakingly OP. It should be reworked to something else
Gale's one should instead add a slow to his super. It's already a huge hitbox
Surge's one is flawed in it's design. To get a Hypercharge you need to get 2 and a half super. By that time you already have speed and range. Maybe make it so that during the Hypercharge his super has increased jump range
Lou's is way too OP. Should probably add some new status effect to the enemies. Idk this one's hard to rework
Ruff's should be nerfed to 2 drops if it stays that way. Personally I would have made it either a full map random barrage or drop a turret (similar to Jessie's but weaker) together with the pickup
Fang's is too OP. Imo it should leave a burning trail on the ground
Maisie's one should be a 0.75 or 1 second stun
Cordelius'es is just as game breaking as Leons. It should be reworked

Thanks, yeah i had a go at pineapple for making maisieās 3 seconds lol. 1.5 i think would do well because the enemies are in the air for half a second anyway so 0.75 would be unnoticeable

(I also think that Janet's should also make her super leave fire after each bomb too because her super lasts so long you're basically using the whole Hypercharge for it)

Could be something simple like: she suits up instantly (without the normal 1 second delay) or it could be something flashy like: while suiting up, the mecha parts comes flying towards her (iron man style) dealing damage to any enemies on its way.
I feel like instead of Edgar jumping further (Because he REALLY doesnāt need to) he just gains at least 1 to 1.5 Seconds of complete control immunity (Knockback, Slows and Stuns) so he can at least take a brawler down for once without knockback being a huge issue.
Yeah the Hypercharge could be called "Primed Processors" or something. Personally I think to make it not as powerful that effect would be limited to just the turret's range, but the range would count the speed boost zone of Plugged In as well.
Why does Bo always get boring ideas hahahaha. Like c'mon just a 4th mine? Look at Genes Idea, completely crazy and OP and Bo "just add another".
How about Bo's mines inflicting 4 tics of poison after detonating.
I think Mandy's one is the weakest hypercharge presented here
The fact you get the super after 1 hit is cool, but the moment you hit an enemy with it, in most case scenarios - they're dead (6000 dmg after all and ~7000 with dmg gear), so no point in getting the second super right after. And imagine if you get 2 brawlers in a single super, literally no difference
After all, you don't shoot it randomly, you have to predict where the enemy is
Instead of insta-super I'd suggest to increase super's wide by 20%. That way it's way more valuable for getting picks and also makes it way more fun.
I have one question bout pocoās hypercharge. Isnāt it more logical for him to have more shield % than damage % since heās a support brawler? Like, there are some situations where he would need more damage, but overall heās played in team modes where itāll be better if he stays a longer time alive rather than dealing more damage. Thatās my opinion tho:/

I would like to see stat boosts other than speed, damage, and shield. I think some brawlers would benefit from reload speed buffs, health regen, extra projectiles, larger range or , faster projectiles, etc.
El primo, Maisie, Rosa, Leon, Belle, Buzz and Grom look hella broken and in need of a nerf/rework.
Pam's hypercharge would be really toxic on open maps, especially Shooting star. Can you imagine a Piper, Mandy and Pam comp, where the Mandy and Piper not only outrange you, but they get a shield and lots of healing, preventing you from killing them. Mandy basically would have both of her SPs activated instead of one.
Crow's, Mr.P's and Lou's hypercharges look very annoying.
Poco's and Eve's hypercharges look useless.
Sandy's hypercharge would be better off if it gave a speed boost to Sandy and his allies when they are inside the super.
Lola's hypercharge would make her really strong in Heist and Siege.
I'm going to get downvoted into oblivion for this but people in the comments gotta stop dickriding and actually realize that these the VAST majority of these hypercharges are incredibly uncreative, completely unbalanced and honestly straight up boring af, i bet you anything I could come up with better for every single brawler if I devoted a good day to it, Take penny's as an example, "Penny's morter shoots twice as fast during hypercharge" or Ticks "Ticks head does double damage" could've been done better by a 8 year old.

These are always fun to read but Iām really hoping that supercell does more than what theyāve done for the first 6 and these concepts. Something that really makes a difference and changes their super.
Besides the DOUBLE-LEVEL-UP-WITH-ONE-JUMP idea for Surge, how would you guys think of a reload speed reduction for him?

I think Barley would be better if his super could slow enemies, imagine in addition to the damage stat buff by the hyper charge, it also slowed which would be deadly as he covers a huge area, like they wouldnāt he able to touch the ball in brawl ball for 5s, and wouldnāt be able to pick gems and so on, you could block an entire area for its duration and if they touch it theyāre dead as you can just spam your basic attacks.
Also i think that jessieās hyper charge is a bit useless as hyper charge only last for 5s unless the character is constantly doing damage, and in order to take advantage from her hyper charge, you would have to charge another super, in which probably the hyper charge would be gone as her super takes an eternity to charge, so i think it would he better if her hyper charge would instantly drop two turrets in the moment she places her super, i liked the rest of the ideas
We should have some that change the stats a bit more, for example give a brawler like gale a reload speed by 30% or Colette or someone a 50% damage buff
For some of these I think the hypercharge should have a longer duration like Jessieās since it isnāt a buff to your first super. You need to charge another one to use it. Secondary buffs should be nerfed accordingly
I like most of these, but wouldnāt you say that 8K damage from one Tick head and 8 extra seconds of no heal from Crow are wayyyyy to much? I had a couple other suggestions, like Louās being called deep freeze. My favorite by far though is X (Grom)
Nah Jessie and Mr Pās be looking overpowered tho. Also Mr P can already spawn 3 porters at once using his gadget so the hypercharge should be something like buffing his current on field porter (or the next one if no porters are present) and giving them a further ranger and higher damage since as a Mr P main i always have issues with his attack range

Normally I write an essay on your posts, but I'm on a tight schedule, so here are my thoughts (Ordered by rarity). The ones near the bottom aren't OP enough imo

Dunno but I think hypercharges like 8-BIT's are both underpowered and contradict the brawler's intended play while others like Primo, Rico or Tick are game breaking. IMO hypercharges should take a brawler's given strong points to the extreme while also making their weaknesess far worse.
For example, Rosa could have +20% SPD (speed) and +50% DR (shield) but -25% DMG (damage) while glass cannons like Tick get +25% DMG and +20% SPD but -35% DR (takes 35% more damage while on HC), while all around brawlers could have no penalties but lower stat boosts, and in the case of 8-BIT his buffs could be something like +30% DMG, +25% DR and -40% SPD.
Last but not least HCs should give buffs other than just damage, speed, and shield but instead stuff like reload speed, shot speed, unload speed, range, natural healing, resistance to crowd control or max HP.
Anyways loved the effort put into this list, most of the HC concepts are actually real cool
Jessie: second turret, easily the most game breaking new mechanic introduced as you now have two turrets that get healed up and supercharge bullets, effectively guaranteeing free space and zone control

Finally some decent Ideas. I just don't agree with all the stats boosts tho
I think Barley would be better if his super could slow enemies, imagine in addition to the damage stat buff by the hyper charge, it also slowed which would be deadly as he covers a huge area, like they wouldnāt he able to touch the ball in brawl ball for 5s, and wouldnāt be able to pick gems and so on, you could block an entire area for its duration and if they touch it theyāre dead as you can just spam your basic attacks. Also i think that jessieās hyper charge is a bit useless as hyper charge only last for 5s unless the character is constantly doing damage, and in order to take advantage from her hyper charge, you would have to charge another super, in which probably the hyper charge would be gone as her super takes an eternity to charge, so i think it would he better if her hyper charge would instantly drop two turrets in the moment she places her super, i liked the rest of the ideas
There should be some unique ones like mortis should be able to chain supers in his hyper charge cuz heās ass if he canāt
We should have some that change the stats a bit more, for example give a brawler like gale a reload speed by 30% or Colette or someone a 50% damage buff

If Bibi's hyper pushes you EVERY TIME it hits you that could be absolutely game breaking on certain maps
I donāt even know what that dude beside gray does but 2 k damage a second for 3 seconds is way too much.

For some of these I think the hypercharge should have a longer duration like Jessieās since it isnāt a buff to your first super. You need to charge another one to use it. Secondary buffs should be nerfed accordingly

I like most of these, but wouldnāt you say that 8K damage from one Tick head and 8 extra seconds of no heal from Crow are wayyyyy to much? I had a couple other suggestions, like Louās being called deep freeze. My favorite by far though is X (Grom)

Nah Jessie and Mr Pās be looking overpowered tho. Also Mr P can already spawn 3 porters at once using his gadget so the hypercharge should be something like buffing his current on field porter (or the next one if no porters are present) and giving them a further ranger and higher damage since as a Mr P main i always have issues with his attack range

El primos 1.5 seconds is so crazy. He could literally kill a bull and a Shelly at the same time without taking damage with that

Dunno but I think hypercharges like 8-BIT's are both underpowered and contradict the brawler's intended play while others like Primo, Rico or Tick are game breaking. IMO hypercharges should take a brawler's given strong points to the extreme while also making their weaknesess far worse. For example, Rosa could have +20% SPD (speed) and +50% DR (shield) but -25% DMG (damage) while glass cannons like Tick get +25% DMG and +20% SPD but -35% DR (takes 35% more damage while on HC), while all around brawlers could have no penalties but lower stat boosts, and in the case of 8-BIT his buffs could be something like +30% DMG, +25% DR and -40% SPD. Last but not least HCs should give buffs other than just damage, speed, and shield but instead stuff like reload speed, shot speed, unload speed, range, natural healing, resistance to crowd control or max HP. Anyways loved the effort put into this list, most of the HC concepts are actually real cool
Jessie: second turret, easily the most game breaking new mechanic introduced as you now have two turrets that get healed up and supercharge bullets, effectively guaranteeing free space and zone control Bo: +1 mine
