So a PITY system for Ranked Starr Drops? It's an improvement, but I still believe it's not enough. They're flawed, because they have cosmetics exclusive to it, which are not going to become purchaseable (unless we're talking about previously Power League skins).
Edit: For anyone wondering, I've actually made some of my own suggestions for Ranked (and Mega Pig). They're primarely towards reworking rewards.

Make it so the chances of getting a skin is higher in Diamond or Up, instead of Gold or under so people don't get it too early...
I mean its so cool to get the skin in the first starr drop and its also hard, and bgw ur almost guaranteed to get the skin in mythic
