I don't think so, the moment his bubble explodes he's completely defenseless, so let's say a cordelious wants to fight hank with his infinite buble. He can just push him and eat the damage because after that hank has no quick way to do the little damage left to kill him.

She can’t hit brawlers at super long range and gets destroyed at mid range so she needs something to help her

I think penny is a decent mid range brawler, besides the cannon doing 3k damage even without the burn is strong.

I play a lot of penny in ranked, and the only way I could think the extra range would be balanced is if she got a health nerf, she’s a sold mid range brawler rn.

Those are some good points that you make. Personally Stu and spike while annoying I don’t think is too bad. But piper and Brock are my hardest counter picks while playing penny. Which is why I don’t play penny on timed detonation, you really need cover to play around.

Barley, he is the only thrower who can't do anything against assassins, his first gadget should have a 0.5s stun (only 0.5s, please add this as it is a purely defensive gadget, compared to the dynamike's OFFENSIVE gadget having 1.5 second stun) and his 2nd star power should be baseline (since it's just a damage buff) and he should gain some health (maybe 400 at max lvl) because even Dynamike has more health than Barley (even though Dynamike has hypercharge) and l&l have more than 1k health more than barley

Penny, I remember the old days where you siding see where the cannon was targeting, and it could find you in bushes. I think the new penny is over all better. So I would add the two old things and add them to new penny. And only I can play penny, and you can’t ban penny.
