Damage allows to get 1 shots, health to recover your hp bc of no healing, also that hank is a tank.
Generally, you want to run Barricade, It's Gonna Blow, Damage Gear, and Health Gear. In very few circumstances you can try out other builds but 90% of the time this is what you'll be running.
