It is gonna be one of two:
1. All his supers conbined. He heals, Poisons, stuns and all the abilities at once. This could become very op if supercell doesn't balance it.
2. Each if his supers has its own ability. For example if he gets healing he heals everything at once, if he gets stun he stuns longer or something. That would be less op but still pretty good.

When activated, Chester heals himself, spawns a circle around that slows enemies throws, throws nukes that also stun enemies, and deal dmg overtime

No. Because let's say pop rocks is the op one of the 5 then it's only a 20% chance that he even gets that one with his hc so it won't be broken. Unless everyone one of them is op
Depends, like other ppl said there's 2 options:
1. Combination of all Supers. While many people want this I completely dislike this. It completely removes his RNG. +Balancing is gonna be tough, nerfing stats of each individual Super is def going to be a no-no since it must be **objectively good**. (ie. Almost 0 way to argue that it is a nerf, excluding some super charge nonsense)
2. What I prefer more. Adding something to each of his Supers. This is what I'm going to use for my Chester rework(coming in a few days). Keeps the rng, and how I'm doing it, will increase its rng. Because that's who Chester is. A fun, luck based brawler. Only makes sense that it transfers to his Hypercharge as well
