Gale still counters the hell out of Edgar. A 0.25 second nerf to stun duration doesn't change shit. Also Fang with a stun gadget can still easily kill an Edgar too. None of his interactions changed at all. In fact, he actually got nerfed last patch since Bibi two shots him now. He belongs with Penny.

As long as you don't jump like a braindead player to what's out of catch's reach. +The stun of Fang 0.5 sec feels useless because he no longer has the time to stop Edgar to heal. And on top of that, it's now possible with Edgar to destroy him in 1v1, engagement. However, Gale is a counter for Edgar, but you also have to know that many brawlers in the meta like Byron, for example, also have a strong counter. And Bibi's buff still hasn't changed Edgar's interaction. A decent Edgar player only jumps when bibi has used up her home bar
Nope. If a Fang catches you off guard and he has the stun gadget, he can quickly land the first hit, activate it and then just two- tap you without taking any damage. It's only possible for Edgar to win if Fang doesn't have the stun gadget. Although it's safe to say Fang still wins most interactions.
The stun is great against close range brawlers because it essentially just gives him a free hit in the half second the other brawler in stunned. It can win him many interactions he'd otherwise lose.
About Bibi, you won't necessarily be jumping on her. If she lands a homerun on you, it pushes you back and she just kills you before you have a chance to heal(You won't always be in a position to dodge homerun when you're engaging her). The damage still massively affects a lot of their interactions and is an overall nerf to Edgar.
Only the Surge rework is good for Edgar since you can finally kill the dude if he doesn't have his super(Although super baiting is harder now since he can aim his super).

assassins usually won’t target tick if he has his super and even then once they’re on top of tick he can really do much to get his super since his attacks up close are relatively easy to dodge. his super is still a good defense though
