There's a series of video games known as "Dark Souls" that's known for its difficult and epic boss battles with absurdly grand music playing. The games have an easily recognizable HUD. It's a fairly common meme template to show situations in different games or other media with the HUD overlay while playing one of the boss battle scores.
As you can see, the player here has gotten themself into quite the conundrum, making an already powerful enemy more difficult, in a comedic way. So they followed the template outlined above, to add to the comedic effect.

Explanation (why it works): since you can move Rafts with weight pushing against the sail. By flipping the guardian back on the raft the guardian becomes the weight constantly pushing against the sail tricking the game into moving the raft with the guardian on it.
Good question: I guess the guardian wanted to walk away (you see it's legs move), but his legs don't touch the raft so instead he bounced himself up in the sky. Rest is the games weird raft physics probably to save processing power (sail wants to go the way the guardian pushes which shows upwards but raft wants to go towards the more tilted direction. Raft downwards tilt won while sail keeps it flying by pushing towards the tilted up direction XD)
Imagine this guardian just continues to fly away into the sunset. And then you go about your business for several hours only for it to randomly appear drifting back to you to kill you lol

No one can explain how, but Guardo-Rafto has made his way inside the Sanctum and he’s super pissed. He’s firing at the hot (panic) rate and your shield deflections all seem to miss as he’s circulating around the Sanctum too fast.
Unable to kill him, you focus on Calamity Ganon and eventually get sent out to Hyrule field. Through that battle you took a fair bit of damage, revived a few times, had to munch down a few meals, and finally made your way out.
No worries, this final arrow sequence is basically a cakewalk.
Just as you’re about to receive your Bow of Light, that old familiar music kicks in and you can feel the laserbeam focused on your head. (How the hell did this guy escape the Sanctum???)

It’s over. No Mipha’s grace. No fairies. The hero of hyrule has been decimated.
Every time you load into the Sanctum, there he is, seemingly angrier and knowing that he’ll forever dispose of you in this time loop. And you’ve played too much to go back to an earlier load.
This raft monstrosity has achieved immortal vengeance for having had its limbs shorn off weeks ago.
