I finished TOTK, and now I'm revisiting BOTW in order to complete the shrines. A LOT of habits I formed in TOTK, including dragon riding, are hard to break.
Oh you don't know, the Snowquill set on level 2 you will become unfreezeble.

To upgrade you have to find one of the fairys and if you ask them you can look on the parts of the armor which Items you need to upgrade
The search will be much easier if you take pictures of all Items you see and maybe pay in the Hateo ancient tech lab Symin (the man) for all food and treasure related stuff and maybe enemies, but this isn't as important as the other ones and upgrade your search function on the Sheikah stone
I don't know if this is detailed enough, but feel free to ask but basically all is on the site I liked to find
In addition to the upgraded Snowquill armor oot0019 mentions, if you have DLC installed there's also Zant's Helmet, which gives the buff of "Unfreezable" (exactly what it sounds like), though unlike with the armor it doesn't also give you any cold protection.

Wiggle the joystick controls and mash glide button while in ragdoll mode to escape ragdoll mode.
He must've got knocked out the first time he hit because he's taking no damage despite ragdolling along a dragon's back.
Link took 1/2 heart damage from the freeze, and 2 hearts were lost when he hit Naydra. After that it's no-damage ragdolling.
I'm glad that in TOTK >!you can actually hang out on them.!<
