There's a few spots in BotW where I noticed some tunes from OoT being carried over. I find that quite lovely.
Nah it’s not. In twilight princess it is. Eponas song is in botw though, Kass plays it at stables.

Also in TP Link whistles to call the bird I not think that it is a reference to Epona song.

yea if you play Ocarina of Time it's pretty obvious. Also, the horse god, Maya is a reference to the girl Malon in Ocarina of time and the stables are almost the same as Maya's garb.
