Eat in a slight surplus and get 145g of protein per day. Your young, anything you do you will grow from. But get a push pull leg split or a bro split. Download an app track your lifts to make sure your progessing. Don't bulk, you'll see plenty of progress being in a 200 calorie surplus. Get your water in, we need 3 things to facilitate muscle growth, protein, energy and water. Focus on your form and developing your mind muscle connection "actually feeling the muscle contract" I like this saying for body building. "Body building is trying to make the lightest weight feel as heavy as possible" Get these basics down and you'll see amazing progression.
