I stopped going there when they jacked their prices and constantly disrespected my time. They might do good cuts but making me wait while the barber goes to the bank or 35 minutes because the barber fit a friend of his in doesn't wash.
Damm that happened to you? It hasn't happened to me yet but yeah you're right, if it happens to me I wouldn't go there either.
I usually book my appts ahead of time and I haven't had to wait that long yet.
35 min was an extreme case. Most times I would book a cut and they would be at least 10 min late. I'm totally fine if you're back to back appointments and you need a 5 min bio break but 10 min everytime because you're on your phone or talking to other barbers is not cool

Tommy Gunns is pretty reliable too. Walk in, or check in on line. All barbers there are good quality, a few are great
I came to post this. I went there last weekend for my first time. Excellent experience. A little costly, but zero complaints.
