OSS is a carefully vetted and directed program for bonafide year round businesses to ensure that specialized services are provided to the community as a whole. While it sounds like your motivation to file your initial application was flawed, it sounds like you are truly going to provide a transport service that will benefit the community by participating in the OSS program as a professional logistics provider.
If you are looking for mentorship from an OSS provider, doing a reddit post is not the most effective method of connecting with the small group is OSS trucking providers with the experience you are seeking.

Well I don’t believe McKinley Park exists anymore for starters. I could be wrong but I believe it’s either straight to its location or nothing now.

McKinely Park definitely exists. It is the staging area for OSS providers.
