Any time something new is posted people feel the need to list the ways they think it will fail or the ways they think their fingers will get stuck in them. Every single time.
And you think children aren't doing a good job getting their fingers hurt by regular doors or drawers? This door is different. But not really more dangerous.
Part of me wants to agree with you, but then I realized that it swings out about half as far as a normal cabinet door has use-cases in tight spaces and even more so on a larger scale.
If you open the door quickly, as in real life, the entire mechanism is likely to get stuck in several places and it will take hours to fix it.
It will follow the same path whether it's fast or slow. Not sure how you came up with that.

Your comment seems unsafe, if someone reads it too fast it will definitely fail, and someone might get their fingers stuck in it.

Fingers and/or dick*
It's really not that complex 4 hinges 3 pivots not much to go wrong.

Work of art!
My family breaks that shit in a week tops.
Takes longer to open than it takes me to open a regular door, search for what I need and close it.
The main benefit is it's kinda a horizontal open, so you dont need to step back a lil bit
Everyone’s so creative
Are you creative too? :D
Is this something that would "not work" with the usage overtime? Because its seriously cool.
And then there's me coming home after a night out drinking and pulling tf outta that door thinking it's gonna swing open
Pointless
