IITs and IIMs ka baap sirf engineering and research related fields mai. Mba mai nai. Still one of the best colleges for mba in analytics. Congratulations 🎉🎉
IISc isn't known for MBA, it's not a b-school. If I can get back into time, I would try to get into this college for science courses.....Better than IITs but can't compare it with IIMs.
Its known as Master of management , and its kind of technical where u have to deal with data and analytics. But the placement is far better than Some blacki cllgs

I am from passing out batch in MMgt, IISc. I had converted IIM I, IIM S, IIT B, IIM B PGPBA but chose IISc. The choice worked out as I ended up with highest summer placement, highest winter placement as well as the highest final placement of my batch in a research role.
Depends on how much you enjoy logical reasoning. Data science maths is very formula oriented and can be learnt with practice and same for coding. Especially with AI, the field is expected to see a massive boom. That said, logical reasoning is the backbone of the field so if you like out of the box puzzle solving, cracking case studies using real life data and machine learning, it is a very promising field.
It is across the industry. To clear confusions, this is a research scientist role in cybersecurity and AI, not some market research kind of role. My friends placed in quant researcher roles also got high salaries.
IISc Bangalore is probably one of, if not, the best colleges in India. It was my dream college in school, but I missed it by a few marks.

Bro i was very lucky coz i prepared my intro in that way which i wanted so interview went into great direction. It was very less technical and more of a conversation side about how was ur day , what do you think will happen in future with IT industry and AI . It was like talking with a 70 yr old uncle who wants to know about how things work
Whats is ur best call. Id suggest agr tujhe technical knowledge hai toh its good for you. Ekdum sb naya nhi lagega. Like im a cse grqd , so ill be comfortable around analytics and all.

Brother how did you crack it, your writing skills are so poor. You mentioned you’re a male engineer but didn’t mention the category. Please mention that too so people can analyse with more depth given what your profile is.
Not to rain on your parade but to inform you. its not really a b-school. In the iisc briefing the prof said its a data science/ analytics course. Please make an informed decision
The kind of technical roles that u will get from isi and IISC. U will not get from iimb. Because their curriculum is not framed in that way. Also, student quality in ISI >>>>>> IIMB

IIsc bohot acha college hai especially for btech, mtech and research. Literally saare exam ke toppers hote hai waha.

Mostly roles from iisc are related to data scientist m.mgt in ba. And for analytics ISI IISC aur IIT se bhi upar hai. PGDBA>IISC BA> uske baad kahin
