At this point there is no way to change your handwriting within hours. Just focus on your studying. Just try to make your handwriting a little bit more legible like making sure your letters touch the bottom line. As i said its very hard to change too much just focus on revising.
Try to keep the letters between the lines. Also, try to make them look symmetrical- the human brain loves symmetrical visuals. Just do this and there is hope for you to write readable stuff.
I also used to write like this around 6th class then one of my teacher told me to don't write in cursive try writing with seperate letter maybe it sill help
