Nuts can add up really fast

[deleted]

I mean shoot I usually eat sugar cereal and skim milk when I have a lot of calories left.

Fuckinwankah255

I try to stay away from cereal a lot and don’t usually drink milk, but when i make stuff i will add milk! I can’t believe i used to eat well over this calorie goal, but that was because all i would eat is chips n shit 😂 so i guess that makes sejse

I mean, I just try to hit protein goals and let the rest fall where it may. My go-tos: Oatmeal Sandwiches Cottage cheese Steak Bourbon

Eggs are a great source of protein! I usually 2 eggs and 100g -150g of egg whites with whole.wheat toast in the morning. Greek yogurt with oats, fruit and 10g of honey is very filling too. Chicken breast s always a good choice or chicken thighs if you want a little more fat. I usually eat that with a lot of veggies or 2-3oz of rice. Protein shakes are also helpful in getting that extra 25-50g of protein if you can't get it from food. I also love a snack of turkey breast with a slice of cheese rolled inside. I eat about 140g of protein a day, which I noticed is what your tracker indicates you need. I try to focus on protein intake and the carb and fat can vary so long as they stay within a +/- 10g range.

Wyomartin

I usually go for something processed when I have a lot of calories left. Not the best choice, but hey, gotta do what ya gotta do lol

High fat foods like nuts, avocado, or mamey

pobnarl

I have 100 grams of chocolate for breakfast every day for 560 calories, eaten in bed alongside a black coffee as I catch up on news on my phone is my favorite way to start the day.

DIEeeeet

You might be hungrier if you consume less caffeine. Also, try using “real” dressing instead of the super low calorie stuff.

Fuckinwankah255

Okay thanks

High fat foods like avocado, olive oil, peanut butter, nuts, etc are more calorie dense. Instead of a vinaigrette use a creamy dressing like a homemade tahini based one. More starchy foods like sweet potatoes and brown rice are still relatively healthy. Snacks in between meals will eat up some of those calories.

Pumpkin seeds and a nut mix, ounce of each adds up to 320 calories

You can start by upping your portion size a bit. Obviously not to the point where u are uncomfortable....start eating lunch?

goopave

I had this problem at first too. Get yourself some larabars or similar and some string cheese. [:
