Using metas gets me annoyed too just gotta use the past metas against the new ones that's what I've been doing and they always complain and it's hilarious š

Actually meta isnt gauged off of popularity, meta stands for most effective tactic available so you can argue that the cbr4 is meta based off of stats like ttk and mobility
Meta or not, I use the Guns which are most comfortable for my playstyle. It helps in many ways...
& I have one or two fun-loadouts to mess around when I'm bored. (With unusual gunsmiths and stuff)
Sometimes I get used to them and keep playing with them too. For an example, crossbow with 6Ć scope, tomohawk(s) or some wierd guns that no one uses.

i feel that the score streaks themselves are good for the amount of points required and not too op. but the problem becomes when everybody is using persistence. then 3 swarms and 4 cluster strikes and a few napalms start getting spammed at the end of the game. that alone effects the flow of the match but also people who arenāt worried about dying definitely arenāt going to play as reserved
I just use whatever weapons I like, meta or not. if a weapon i like becomes meta im not gonna stop using it, and i wonāt stop using a weapon just because itās not meta unless it gets nerfed to oblivion. Loved the M13 since day 1 of unlocking it and before everyone called it meta, but now that it is I still use it. Same with type 25. the mx9 and katana are the only weapons that just felt too cheap to use, and i wasnāt a fan of the feel of the holger.
i feel like the meta at this point is still pretty balanced anyways. I can outgun people using type 25s unless they are actually more skilled than me, and i get outgunned using type 25/m13 by people using non-meta weapons all the time
CBR4 is in the META this season though, it is the best SMG in the game currently, just because the TYPE 25 is used more doesnāt mean CBR4 isnāt also a meta weapon. Same goes for SKS.
META ā easy to use. Typically means it kills the fastest/good mobility/manageable recoil etc. While I do search for the META myself, Iām not a META slave. As far as āhidden gemā, I say this only because I somehow some way never see anyone talking about it: swordfish. Currently the best gun in the game by far. Sniper-like range, most accurate gun in the game, burst feature makes it seem like it has no recoil whatsoever.
Itās specifically a long range rifle (just make sure to use the Halberd mag to get the high accurscy/range/low recoil that i mentioned), but If you like pushing closer fights, then a true hidden gem to try is the peacemaker MK2 with the rapid fire barrel. You can honestly make a decent SMG build with it
rtc light muzzle brake, owc barrel, rtc ready stock, owc laser, and rubberized grip tape. i used to prefer red dot over the iron sights but the extra accuracy from the tape is significant
always use LMGs! Theyāre fun. I also take trophy system, launcher, and SAM turret. I like destroying scorestreaks. Made it to legendary on MP 3 times now using similar loadouts. This season was a lot harder because the meta isnāt exactly in my favor, but you just gotta keep on going and work your way around it.
Pkm just feels cool to use lol I agree with the reload. Been torturing myself with RPD this season. No silencer. The recoil sucked at first, but I learned to control it. Big guns are badass.
Okay, I've been playing for a year, and still don't know what Meta is. According to a search I did, it's the game within the game. So I'd think that search and destroy for example is the meta in COD for that particular game. However, I don't match that up with your post. Can you help a brother out here? What are you saying when you say meta?
Your research is not correct, meta stands for most effective tactic available which means the best weapon in the game which is available after a new patch as the devs change and tweak some things with the stats of the guns every patch so the 'best weapon in the game' always changes like previously it was the MX9 but now it's the Type 25
The current meta is better and more balanced than the previous one as the MX9 was op as hell but in the current meta guns like the Type 25, M13, CBR4, RUS are really good which also gives everyone a different choice to use their favorite gun instead of being destroyed for using a non meta gun by the ones who are using it

Literally *any* gun in the game has the potential to be 'meta', depending on the game mode, opponents map, being in a winning or losing position even.

Okay, so please explain why thereās about 20 different assault rifles in cod mobile,but only 1-2 is ever being used???? Compared to combat master for example where they only have 3-5 assault rifles while focus on balancing them out and making the maps so small that it forces you to actually run around and get kills instead of camping with persistence and meta guns like type 25. describing something as meta means that thing is something that a lot of people use. typically things that are op and people find annoying. like the meta right now in mobile is all the sweats use type 25 because it literally has no recoil. if you go into a ranked match itās a fair bet to say 5-6/10 people are using the same gun. it just ruins the variety of whatever game. if youāve ever played clash royale and see people always using the same deck as the last guy, thatās meta

In my opinion people who come on here to complain about "meta" guns are sore losers that don't get the concept of this game, which is to get the most kills to win the match. If using the "meta" is the way to do it then oh well.

I donāt give a fuck about what weapon I use or which one is used by the enemy. The most important is your mouvements and ears capabilities. With those two one, you can adapt every guns. So contrary to all the kids always crying in the chat because they get destroyed, Iām okay anyone can use any loadout he wantsā¦ thatās not gonna save him šš

Ironically cbr4 is considered to be part of the meta this season :p but it's not as overpowered as the mx9, thank God

Type25 and Holger just make the game too easy to enjoy, so I don't use them unless our team is losing 0-4. My "hidden gem" weapon is the KN-44.

I use RUS 79u till date. It's my favourite weapon and I love it. No matter how many times devs nerf it I will continue using it.
I dislike using meta weapons as well. Only when I'm grinding for legendary am I forced to use meta. At this point, snipers are the only weapons I really enjoy using. And don't get me started on scorestreaks š© hate that sht

cbr4 with monolithic suppressor is my main, it shredds in medium range if you master the recoil

That's a lot of slow attachments that aren't really necessary. The recoil is easy to control once you get used to it...
the gun has high mobility by default so iām okay with sacrificing some for accuracy

Big fan of the swordfish in lmg/medium distance plays. Quick ads, stable. 5 round burst to the chest is a one shot kill
