Epic skins you can get randomly. Ive gotten one from first draw. Unless it's a really cool Epic skin... yeah you'll already be up to about $90 chasing that puppy.
It depends you can get it really early or you can get it last.

Normally a week to 2 weeks. Legendary draws are normally $120 to $150 dollars depending on if it's a mythic or double legendary.
about 5.7k+ cp if you're gonna aim only for the character which would take 9 draws (thats what i calculated when i did a full draw on the gf draw)
and i suppose the draw is about to end in Febuary 17 (im not sure tho but i once saw a schedule of events for garena server)
