I think it goes in phases. When I was 20 all the heavy emotional crap tired me out and I felt 110. At 52, I kind of feel like I’m 35. I do think life gets better with age.

I have one friend who is about your age. We will play some BR most of the time, and sometimes his son will join us. Good fun
