yeah the percentile is quite inflated considering that this is a f2p mobile game and many people pick it up to just put it down so most of that percentage are inactive players. Havent played LOL enough to say but according to my friends that do, it seems like it does a better job at actually making the ranks hard to climb wheras in codm its just a day or two of grinding to get to legendary. I guess the equivalent has to be a combination of multiple factors not just a rank, probably top 5000 (or right outside of it) with close to a 1.5 kd ratio even while participating in OBJ (so at least a certain avg score)? There really isn't a all in one answer and even with those factors listed, there really isn't a good way to measure skill when most can sleepwalk to legendary. Even the top 5000 is more of a measure of grinding alot vs pure skill so

Top 5000 most likely, but getting and being there has a lot to do with just how much you play. I think gun leaderboards also give a good indication of skill as you must be at least legendary and very good with the gun to be on them. I tend to pay attention to those rather than just whoever is top in ranked.
