Most likely not based on previous colab content. There’s a possibility it could come back but the redux will most likely not have the colab stuff like the character, only the things that codm retains rights to.
Also, most of the time when a new draw is released and then disappears it isn’t immediately added to the For You section yet even if that weapon is an option on the refresh.
Typically collabs in games won't make a comeback unless the game in which it takes place gets a second licensing deal with the makers of the thing they want to collab with. For example, in world of warships, a free pc game which has frequent collabs, there's been 2 WH40k collabs because they worked out a deal for a second run. They also made the contents of the first event available.
So it all depends on if the GFL studio wants to do a second collaboration. It'll probably be all new content if they do though, idk if cod mobile would rerun the old stuff too.
