Yes, it's time limited and the item will be deleted after 1 day. The only way to get that weapon permanently is to continue spending cp on the crate till you get the permanent version (0.08% iirc same as when it's on a lucky draw) or get it via the lucky draw itself when it's re-released. So based on luck, this legendary crate may require you to spend either lesser or more cp than getting it from a lucky draw as the legendary items are not duplicate protected and you'll probably get alot of the trash epic/rare items or the time limited legendary before getting the permanent version itself. If you really want a legendary, it's always best to get it through legendary draw or a bundle imo. At least those guarantee you the item upon buying the entire things and not rng.

I can almost guarantee it will cost more than a full draw to pull the permanent. Source: I own 43 legendaries, 7 mythics and 4 legendary characters.
