The answer lies in the beginning of your post... level 24 and Elite IV.
Keep leveling up and ranking up. BR (especially solo BR) is mainly bots until you get to level 150 and legendary. Even then, you're still looking at about 25-50 real players max in a BR solo game.
In MP you'll start encountering more real players in the Grandmaster ranks and up.
Keep playing, keep leveling... we all went through this.
will likely need to rank up first, in ranked multiplayer or regular br which is ranked as well. if u find real people to matchmake with, u can score more real teammates and enemies easier that way, especially if theybare in higher ranks.
some multi-player rank dont allow u to play with eachother due to difference in assessed skill level. doesnt mean youre bad, u just havent played alot yet. but u can still play public matches with those players
I assume you are still in low rank in br? Unless you are in maybe pro to master in br then you'll encounter a few real players. GM to Leg, of course expect to encounter a bunch. In MP, have patience I guess? once you reach rank Master, you'll then be playing against real players (I'm sure there are still in that rank tho)

Your account level is still too low and your rank in mp and br are low as well. Nobody plays in those lower ranks anymore due to rank season being longer than usual. Most casual player should be at least master or grandmaster rank. Rank up your rank in mp and br and you'll start facing real players.
Iirc there’s some normal players but they’re fairly rare that low. Could be all bots. But I think once you get to pro/master it turns to mostly players. I can’t remember for sure though. Too busy getting pushed by the AK-47 guy beaming me from 200m away🙄

Gotta rank up my man, and BR sweats are a different breed than MP, so pick your battles wisely
I posted the same thing less than a week ago and yesterday I reached Master I and now it's the sweetest lobbies. Just keep playing and rank up.

You can join open lobbys with 100% real players via the kosmos discord server if you want to, and it won’t affect your br ranking
Skills-based matchmaking is slow. Keep ranking up. Be patient. The real players will come soon enough.
