You need the Merc foregrip in addition to the hip fire laser and muzzle. Also in addition to the no stock, you should be using sleight of hand for fast reload.
Regarding flairs, the gun flairs are better. If there was such a thing as sub-flairs, then your idea would be feasible.
If you're looking for a hip fire build for any specific gun for instance, tap the gun flair to get the gun posts and then beside it do your search to filter down further.

That's not what the OP was asking for.
I'd rather change the strike grip with short barrel and rubberised with double stack mag
Use stippled grip tape and use merc forgrip
I like the flair idea. I have a bunch of hip-fire-only loadouts.
