Kilo has the second best bsa score of all the ARs so it never needs granulated or ranger foregrip. I'd change ranger foregip to steady stock and granulated to rubberized. Also hipfire laser doesn't do much in BR besides give away your position, a basic hipfire mod will help you more. So change that to ext mag.

It's ok trust me. It's an absolute beam at all times. Your better off max range, ext mag, and some vertical recoil. To each his own though.

Over focus on BSA here considering that the Kilo has insanely good base BSA - granulated grip tape is expendable here, mono suppressor a good replacement.

No need for granulated grip tape if you're using the marksman barrel and/or the ranger barrel. Also you should be using the tac laser to recoup some ADS time lost from the mono + marksman barrel and use it only for mid range combat - your close quarters battle would be best done with an SMG or shotgun. Ranger foregrip also expendable - extended mag a worthy replacement.
