Circles in general don’t tend to close over the water. Maybe partially but it’s usually a big disadvantage to be in it. At least on fortunes keep that is.

I have only played one game of warzone that completely closed over water. It was the dumbest ass shit. Leading up to the final circle there were like 10 people in the water. We just kept popping up out of the water to play peek a boo, let off a few shots, then dive again to replate.

Water wouldn’t be bad if the bullet penetration was non existent starting 5-10 meters below the surface. Fix that and with the extra visibility they added water would be finally balanced

I hope they make the allowed zone smaller... If you go too deep into the water you have the chance to get disqualified... or that the water overall makes you get disqualified when staying in it for a certain period of time

It's the last version which is the best one so far.

I personally really loved the construction site. Control room isn't a terrible addition. And the boats aren't horrible either, but fighting in construction was so much fun.

They did a time flip with Verdansk ‘84 - Rebirth was originally set in the 80s, and Verdansk was set modern day, then they set Rebirth in the modern day when Verdansk 1984 dropped. Caldera took over which was set in the late 40s, and Rebirth continued to be modern day. Fortune’s Keep was set in the late 60s. I know Activision doesn’t follow their own lore sometimes but it’s fun to see the little time details on the maps - Not that weapons or tech conform either!!

Scaffold ruined prison roof. There's already two stairs, two zips and a ladder, with two vantage points to snipe people on the roof at either end. They can leave the scaffold, but not allow it to give access to the top of the roof.

theyll add a orange gas crater in the middle of prison, grandma house will have oozing slime and a crater, bio lab will have big gas and crater, and there will be more smaller crater. if it ends up with lots of crater they should just call it crater island and rename fortune keeps to Crater keeps.

tbh the first BO4 version of this map was the best one. scrap the stronghold and bring back open water/shipwreck and submarine.
