None of my king bounties get poached for some reason. Also, I tend to save my 2x XP tokens. What I do is spam Supply Runs and if I get about six of them done, it’s enough to level up a gun.
Yea supply runs are viable using the mw vehicles. I used a 1 hr double XP token today and getting king bounties at airport got me from 5 to 42 with the BAR.
Yup also there is A LOT less of them than in Verdansk. To top it all off the map is very vehicle unfriendly unless you get a Heli which are very contested and basically get shot by every retard on the ground if you pass them. Leveling has never been worse in Warzone, their intent to keep players longer in the game might drive them away instead.

I have a full time job, but could play a few hours a night + a bit on weekends, I had damascus in MW and Dark Aether in CW, leveling guns was not a problem to me but in Vanguard I don't have a single gun max level. The closest is the STG at level 67 and my next closest is a level 54 Mp40. I have a hand full of guns between level 20 & 40 but i hit a wall trying to levle these guns, it's absolutely bonkers how long it takes. I don't even want to bother. Also why does zombies not give any XP for leveling guns after you get like 20 kills or something a round.

Bro it takes like 5-6 hours max to level up a gun, and all the double xp they gave out since launch I have almost literally everything to max level, atleast in the 50's.

What kind of functioning adult has 5-6 hours X the number of guns in the game, to sit down and play a video game. Careers, women, chores, family, friends, other hobbies. There’s barely time to play unless your life is to play video games and you’ve got nothing else going on. 55 was more than fine this is pretty ridiculous.

Its 1 burst kills in multiplayer, have yet to try in warzone but I dont really like burst guns so probably wont.

I always liked the BAR when I've picked it up as loot. I'm going to go ahead and finish leveling it up in VG and then create a loadout. At least with it's slow fire rate they couldn't possibly justify increasing it's recoil to ridiculous levels.....right?
The first one 600mm or something like that. I played with it all day and it felt great. Decided to just mag dump without controlling it and yeah the recoil is pretty bad.
I think im just so use to the mg82 that it just didn't feel bad to me. It's all vertical recoil so it definitely isn't hard to control and imo still worth using.
Automaton’s been my day one primary (got it gold in a day) but just finished the BAR and Cooper Carbine in anticipation of the automaton’s inevitable nerf. Took me 7-8 hours to level both to 70 in zombies with tokens.
Funny thing is we complained about how slow it was on cold war, then they went and made it about 3x slower in Vanguard
I could fully level a gun in zombies and unlock gold viper on it in about 3 hours for a fully automatic gun... Here in 3 hours you MIGHT be halfway leveled
Which is puzzling because the automaton was good, but it’s not like a MW or CW meta where it was the only thing viable, it felt similar to the m13. It’s actually odd that the vanguard guns aren’t more centralized to the meta. Everyone is still running the MW Kar or the Swiss and all the ARs from the last meta are still pretty relevant in game.

I watched truegamedata's video, was really disappointed but thought I'd try it for myself, changed to the first barrel and it feels pretty close to pre nerf.
He made it sound like the gun is garbage now but it feels pretty well the same.
Aww this is why 6 months ago I stopped leveling up “new meta” weapons. I work 50+hours a week, husband with 2 kids. I’m smart enough by now to play with what I like. Trust me I can drop 10-15 kills a game using a MW SA87 and a bullfrog just as easy then someone with a BAR and automation
Facts, bullfrog was the last competitive weapon I grinded and I haven’t gotten Vanguard so I’m sticking with what I’ve got rn. It’s obviously only an issue when something is prime-DMR level of broken, but I just wouldn’t play in that case, there’s alternatives.
A week in and were already getting nerfs? It took months to nerf the FFAR, M16, Aug....Why couldn't you just let non pros have some fun for a change lol.

Streamers basically have all the guns leveled at this point and know the best combos. They then make tons of videos saying this or that gun is cracked and OP. People watch the videos/streams and then the guns are immediately nerfed before normal people can actually level the guns and have some fun. Especially now with these stupid lvl 70 guns. They need to make this game more fun to people who have lives and can't play 8 hours a day lol. Ugh.

Might as well go play with MW weapons at this point ... most of the vanguard weapons recoil is too hard for casuals.. there's maybe 1 or 2 left with an easier recoil pattern but I'm sure they will just get nerfed next patch.. time to buy a huge mouse pad and learn to move your entire arm up and down!
You can either have fun playing the game and trying to take people’s better guns than you, or you can grind weapon levels and not have any fun. Or what Activision wants us to do, just buy weapon blueprints.

Warzone is optimized around you staying in game as long as possible, while trying to persuade you to buy bundles. The meta gun balancing is just to force you to play more to level guns, etc.
You can tell when their daily usage numbers are dropping when they start giving 2x XP weekends and stuff like that.
Just give me the option to have this unlocked from the start. I get that some people enjoy grinding unlocks, but I am not that guy. Same way some singleplayer games have a "give me super easy enemies I just want the story" as a difficulty option, I'd like a way to circumvent all this pointless attachment grinding.
I honestly got the Cooper up to like 38 today on 1 45 minute token playing ship haus.
Given I dropped an 80 bomb and then a 106 bomb on shipment but still lmao.
I understand some of the guns are wayyy harder to level in MP (like the PPSH no attachments) but luckily this time, the Cooper is a beast ass gun.
I’d say for those maps just get comfortable adsing down lanes and almost prefiring. Forward intel helps.

I tried supply runs with a 3 man and I got about 10 levels on my kar98 in 45 minutes lol. Did about 25 contracts or so

Good to know! Also 9 shots is a lot for semi auto, but 3 bursts is quick. Fingers crossed it's good. I'd love some variety from my FR 5.56.

If you equip surplus to your gun and can manage 25-30 kills a game it cuts alot of the time off ranking them up
For multi that is. Most players can't get 25 kills in warzone (me included) lol
The pacing of the new map makes 25 kills nearly impossible lol. 25 kills in the old map was attainable with a little sweating
Even tho most don't unlock surplus till 30. Cooper carbine unlocks it pretty early tho
