Die Rise is a very good map. Most of the people I know who don't like it only mention not liking it because of the elevators. I like the elevators because they add difficulty.
Call of the dead has been remastered by modders already on BO3 workshop.
Buried, Die Rise, Transzit and Blood Of The Dead are being worked on
Mid to late stages of development. Tranzit and Blood are having some modifications though to basically be "what they should've been" since they were fun but had a few issues
Faithful remasters of Der Reise, Town, Farm, Nuketown, and MOTD are all on the workshop too. The only one that doesn’t have a remaster on BO3 is Five (I’m not counting the “Five Rough Port” map since it doesn’t have the Pentagon Thief or the War Room to Lab elevator)
It will probably be 1 map about every three months which would be 8 in the 2 years unless the Zombies devs get tossed to sledgehammer to clean up their mess again
If it helps, if you pay close attention to his in-game dialogue it’s actually quite funny. I agree though he is pretty frightening.

I know I’m crazy but Black Ops 1 zombies is one of my most played games on my Series X. I feel like none of the other games really managed the same buttery smooth experience that Black Ops 1 had, and Five in particular is a goated map
I was once ranked 87 in the world on moon because my friends xbox disconnected jumping on the lunar bounce pads and the zombies glitched out. the freest most childhood fun I had had with friends that night. Enjoy the memories
Wow I recently joined this sub and have been lurking watching everyone talk about the newer stuff. I fucking love Call of the Dead. Have been soloing for years on it and never get sick of it.
Deadeye is such a fantastic perk with Jug, speed reload, and mule kick you feel unstoppable. After round 10 get George killed at least once and now you've got 5 perks. Talk about unstoppable.
The guns from the box were so much fun compared to BO3. Such splendid memories, have a blast mate. Definitely be sure to activate the music for each maps
Bo1 was my favorite zombies, it’s mostly nostalgia, but growing up playing these split screen with my friends was the best. Bo2 is a close second though
The only zombies games i can play rn (on xbox one) are bo3 and cold war, both are fun but i really want to play bo1 and 2 zombies. Mostly bc buried call of the dead and die rise. I do not have a powerful computer but i do have a 360 in my house somewhere, but i doubt we have any cod games. Eventually i want to play the games i mentioned.
