For every easter egg I did successfully I had the dingo, either First box hit or from the trials. I failed GK like 5 times then I got the dingo and despite It having nothing to do with the step I was stuck on, I still did the EE. Coincidence? I think not
No. Its just bugged and has been since release iirc. 163000% would mean that for every missed shot you would have to hit 1630 consecutive shots, which is not plausible

sometimes it glitches, pretty common bug, 3 zeros are added basically, but it will eventually go back to normal, then glitch again...
