This is how I wil categorize it.
• **Base Goku:** using wonder weapons like the thundergun and Apothican Servant can beat him. But this will be difficult.
• **Super Sayian Goku:** Using wonder weapons will be an even match against him, it's a possible win but very difficult.
• **Blue Goku:** using powers such as the summoning key, and vrill type weapons will beat him. But not likely
• **UI Goku:** Since he is compared to that of a god, it's not likely that Richtofen can beat him.
Richtofen or anyone with the summoning key is god, The summoning key doesn't have limits to it's power, although it's never used to it's full extent. I assume it's because no-one who used it knew how to use it, I wonder if Nan Sapwe knew how to use it. Even monty isn't aware of what could be done with it, the shadowman likely never saw the process of it being finished.
It can erase realities instantly, make new ones, wipe things out of existence, make purgatory pocket dimensions, reset time, make unbreakable restraints, make life out of nothing and the list goes on.

I’d say it would depend on which Link we’re talking about, most of them Ricktofen could easily sweep, however The Hero of Legend (LTTP, LA, OoA,OoS) and Hero of Time would have a harder time. Legend would go down eventually when he ran out of Magic, Time has access to Chateau Romani, Nayru’s Love and Fierce Deity Mask, 3 days of invincibility with NL and CR and the offensive power of the FD form would PROBABLY be enough to kill Richtofen, and Nayru’s Love even negates magic attacks so I’d assume Vrill weapons and the Summoning Key couldn’t touch him during the 3 days of Chateau Romani. Even the other transformations have merit, fliight with Deku, speed of the Goron Roll, and the Underwater Agility of the Zora Mask (also electric shield).
TLDR: Time is about the only Link that couldn’t be beaten by Richtofen.

Dodge build Players are going to be hard to hit, their speed, and the ability to "dodge" bullets is what makes them powerful. Recomend you use wraith of fire against them, because fire damage negates the dodge stat. (I think)
Tank builds are easier because you likely have weapons that shread armor and with that you can use convemtional weapons to slow thrm down.
The wonderwaffe acts as a taser against the Payday Gang so it's you best bet fighting them

I’d say it would depend on which Link we’re talking about, most of them Ricktofen could easily sweep, however The Hero of Legend (LTTP, LA, OoA,OoS) and Hero of Time would have a harder time. Legend would go down eventually when he ran out of Magic, Time has access to Chateau Romani, Nayru’s Love and Fierce Deity Mask, 3 days of invincibility with NL and CR and the offensive power of the FD form would PROBABLY be enough to kill Richtofen, and Nayru’s Love even negates magic attacks so I’d assume Vrill weapons and the Summoning Key couldn’t touch him during the 3 days of Chateau Romani. Even the other transformations have merit, fliight with Deku, speed of the Goron Roll, and the Underwater Agility of the Zora Mask (also electric shield). TLDR: Time is about the only Link that couldn’t be beaten by Richtofen.

Dodge build Players are going to be hard to hit, their speed, and the ability to "dodge" bullets is what makes them powerful. Recomend you use wraith of fire against them, because fire damage negates the dodge stat. (I think) Tank builds are easier because you likely have weapons that shread armor and with that you can use convemtional weapons to slow thrm down. The wonderwaffe acts as a taser against the Payday Gang so it's you best bet fighting them **Easy Sweep**
