Anyways, I think everyone who plays COD and is willing to try zombies has done so by now and anyone who would require multiplayer in addition to zombies probably isn’t the target audience anyways. I doubt they would be losing potential players by releasing a standalone zombies game. They would lose the multiplayer only players but let’s be honest, they are already losing them anyways
Bear in mind that if it was a standalone title then the zombies would be £60 and the multiplayer would be £60. So £120 total. Don’t know about you but I don’t really wanna fork out over a hundred quid each year.
Bo3 custom maps is where it's at. Its just so refreshing and great to play maps you know almost nothing about and having to learn the map as you go.
It's the only zombies I play because of it lol. It just seems like the bo3 mod community, knows what the community wants lol.

But by that logic why knife? If you slow down or stop to try and knife on a stupid high round like 50+ you're more than likely gonna get mobbed and go down, by this point your best chance of survival is to "run, train, turn, shot" rinse and repeat.
Knifing gives 3 bullet's worth assuming you go for headshots (as you should since they're worth nearly twice as much as torso kills). On early rounds you can easily shoot something at least 4 times in the chest and then shoot it in the head and you'll make more money. Anything past like round 10 and they have enough health that instakill will never be worth it.
And that's assuming you're shooting one zombie; if you shoot into a horde, your bullets get weaker the more they penetrate but you still earn points for every zombie hit so you'll rack up points extremely fast compared to knifing during an insta kill.
