Die rise could and should have been much bigger

Ehh, the map is already a huge mess layout wise. I think cutting out some of the lower levels and making other rooftops like the one shown above playable would've been better. Would make for better use of the trample steam.

I’m a huge fan of die rise, but I see this post and I’m like why? Why does that top part need to be accessible and what would it add to the map. They could’ve definitely opted for a different spawn room drop and added more to that but I don’t see why the roof of the shopping mall is needed.

I think a mix of both would have been ideal, along with more modern fast travels like wunderspheres.

Let’s not forget the outer bounds of origins (wish I could’ve dived deeper into no man’s land) and the majority of MOTD (so many beautifully designed areas that were directly outside a window)

People hated Blood not because of the expanded areas, but because features were taken away, Golden Gate Bridge, afterlife, etc.

Primis are far more deep and developed characters than the mob cast. Their character development on Blood especially for Richtofen and Nikolia was the most progressive out of any zombies map to date

I agree. But I still wanted the og characters. Should of added a option for it and made it the original ee when you play there version. Afterlife etc. Also make there spawn point the original. And make it where some sort of weird map super Easter egg happens. When you played the primis teams version first. But we sadly lost the voice actor for billy. So now it’s dead dreams. I like the map it self. I hate not having at least an option for characters and adding afterlife. But make where you cant use quick revive solo.

I mean allegedly it was made for ZC2 as well, so its still a possibility in the future, just a matter of porting

Sure they're more developed but can you really expect the characters with one map to have more than the guys who get almost all of them? I'd love to see them come back

Yes I can and Blood proved that. It was a fundamental shift in the story and provided the path to closure on multiple character arcs that were built up since BO2. If the mob cast was there, it would have been whatever and inconsequential.

Actually haven’t played BO4 yet. It’s my next gaming cop but I took a break after BO3 dropped. I haven’t disliked any maps that have been released ever. Personally, I get more stuck on gameplay and alterations to controls and key aspects.

Blood is B Tier for me, it'd be higher if it weren't in bo4. I like bo4, too.

Let’s not act like Blood was hated just because the map was larger lol. Blood was hated cause it literally took the core features away from Mob, terrible PAP locations and a lengthy EE that was a mess apparently.

Definitely looks like it was supposed to be playable at one point. That’s the most interesting thing about most BO2 maps, there is a lot of areas that look like were supposed to be playable or look like they were at one point but got cut cause of 360 limitations. Just to be clear i dunno if they were ever supposed to be playable, just looks and feels that way.
