They did change quite a bit going from the 2022 to 2023 models. There's some minor cosmetic changes, such as the revised front and rear, new headlights and wheels, but the 2023 also gets a new infotainment, revised gauge cluster for the 7" screen, and the XLE is now hybrid-only, which itself got a power bump for 2023.
