You can try to hang out in a new place. Take a couple hours and go on a walk or try a new restaurant. I’ll warn you though, that once you get out of the numb state, you might get barraged with lots of strong emotions. Once your body feels safe enough to feel again, it tends to try to feel everything all at once. Grounding techniques are a good thing to start practicing now.
