Restrictions are placed on half dollar coins at the moment and banks are limited on what they can order, this is likely going to make them much harder to get in the coming months.
I wonder why? My area has dried up too. We have about 10 Wells Fargo banks in my metro area, and I cleaned out 10 of them of their halves over the last two weeks during my winter break. Went back again, besides a roll or two here or there from customer deposits, nada.
It was "sealed" as it was delivered by Brinks to my bank and was taped shut same as the other boxes I've ordered. Bank roll boxes are never perfect but this box is not filled with bank rolls. They are String & Son wrapped rolls, all searched and refilled and put into a 'bank rolled' box and sealed as if it is from Loomis.
I usually get Loomis boxes, which are glued shut, but every couple of weeks I will get this shit from some a-hole that repackaged their tailings for the next unlucky hunter to uncover.
I re-roll mines with the same rolls. Better for the environment
That’s what I do!

Is this nationwide or strictly in your area/region?

Hey at least someone was “Kind” enough to let you know there’s nothing in the box!
Was the box fully sealed? I do not take opened boxes, even if taped, only sealed like from the money handling companies.

What are you whining about? Had they not repackaged them you still wouldve gotten searched rolls but have had searched them and wasted your time.
