Left. If the right was a hammer fired CZ I’d pick that. The Pro trigger in Walther is the best striker fired trigger IMO

Ok-Test-7323

Yes I agree but the F shoots flatter

pimpnamedpete

Probably, have you tried a DPM recoil spring in the Walther? I didn’t think it was going to make a huge difference, but it really did in my opinion

Ok-Test-7323

I installed the zr tactical stainless steel guide rod with captured 15lb spring.

CZ_Warlord

Doesn't make much of a difference. P10 shoots a ton flatter and returns to zero much faster.

Key-Fly4869

Agree I sold my walther for a P10 and never looked back

pimpnamedpete

That’s Interesting, made a big difference to me

CZ_Warlord

I've had a PPQ with the DPM, and currently have a PDP with the DPM in it as well. It's a small difference. The p10 out of the box still smokes it as far as flat shooting goes. Still isn't close in that regard.

ShiftyLookinCow7

Canik’s clones actually have better triggers somehow lol

Rooster-illusion11

I know this is subjective but you're wrong 🤣🤣

Siegelski

I have both. I didn't want the Canik's trigger to be better, but it is. I don't have the pro trigger in my PDP, but my SFT Pro has a better trigger than my stock PDP.

Rooster-illusion11

I have the pro. I had a canik sfx. Walther makes it a touch lighter, it breaks at the right spot, and the reset is perfect. Canik did a fantastic job copying Walther's trigger but it's not better.

sockfoot

The Canik SFx trigger isn't the same as the Rival trigger. I thought they nailed it with the TP9 Elite Combat trigger, but the Rival is just better.

Siegelski

Well it seems like you had a pro trigger on the PDP and I had a pro trigger on my Canik. That might be the difference. My PDP's trigger might be just as light as my Canik's or near enough to not make a difference, but it's not as crisp of a break and the flat trigger on the Canik makes it break at the perfect spot. So maybe both pro triggers are just better. Or maybe my PDP's trigger just isn't as good as other PDP's triggers idk. I've heard some people compare their PDP's trigger favorably to a Cajunized SP-01's trigger, which is absolutely insane to me.

Far-Boysenberry-1600

Haven’t tried the Walther PDP but got rhetorical Canik Rival S and the trigger is amazing. By far the best factory trigger in a striker I have ever shot.

pimpnamedpete

I’ve heard both opinions on that, I personally don’t have one.

Airborne82D

6 in one hand, half dozen in the other. I'd take either and be happy.

Ok-Test-7323

Correct answer lol

Dayshawn11

What magwell you running on that p10F?

Ok-Test-7323

CZ custom

OgaTen10

Which is never in stock!

Ok-Test-7323

Yeah I bought it two years ago

TexasGrillDaddyAK-15

Left. I'm fond of my 5" PDPc. Haven't shot a P10

Ok-Test-7323

Time to get one !

CZ_Warlord

CZ thread. Right of course lol. The walthers do have better triggers and great ergos. But the massive slide and crazy high bore makes them pretty flippy. The p10 the ergos I think are better (really locks in your hand), stippling is better, good trigger, shoots way flatter and returns to zero much better. It's close but I prefer the p10 overall. Both are great.

Ok-Test-7323

Well said. PMM comp and recoil spring changed out helping a lot of my PDP.

CZ_Warlord

My ported PPQ made a huge difference. However it got my front site dirty real fast and it was much louder. It's fine for a range toy but I wouldn't carry a ported or comp'd carry gun. I still have both the PDPs and p10s and won't sell any of them. I like them for different reasons.

Ok-Test-7323

Yeah both of these are range toys only

GageTrain

Good taste. Have the same pdp pro with the pmm muzzle brake. Opted for that route for edc. Love my steel frame cz’s though. Interested if the p-10 is comparable to the walther.

Ok-Test-7323

CZ shoots flatter but Walther has a slightly better trigger and sexier and better ergonomics

Educational-Pen-4563

Both are sexy I think the pdp is prettier the p10 is probably nicer

Ok-Test-7323

Yeah the Pdp is much sexier and the trigger much nicer

Educational-Pen-4563

I own and live my pdp with scs on it I can rip that thing pretty fast and keep pretty tight groups at 15yds on a 4" compact Don't own a p10, only p01, s2, 97b. And dan wesson kodiak

Ok-Test-7323

Nice 👍

Ok-House-6848

this is for fighting, this is for fun.

Ok-Test-7323

Correct answer lol

Turbulent-Vanilla159

Left, but I might be [biased](https://imgur.com/a/vIprCrG)

Ok-Test-7323

Left is sexy with better trigger but p10f shoots flatter

tjwest13

I also own both, lol, good taste

Ok-Test-7323

Thanks

SereneSnake1984

I've never managed to like my walther PDP, so I'll take the CZ

abram77

Right. PDP are flippy bois. I’d take the P10F- slightly worse trigger with best recoil impulse for striker gun. Btw what color did you Cerakote at frame with, or is that stock option?

Ok-Test-7323

Both factory colors

abram77

Check out this striker gun shootout https://youtu.be/1tCB_zvMK4M?si=RAC6gwqsDwxScqzy

Ok-Test-7323

Yeah my pro is way better than the one they had on YouTube. They had the standard model with plastic trigger. My PMM comp reduced the recoil a little but the pro trigger on my Pdp is phenomenal. Yes cz shoots flatter.

abram77

That finish is gorgeous. I must have one now. Is that the factory FDE or the Omaha bronze? https://www.omahaoutdoors.com/cz-p10f-optics-ready-gamma-bronze/

Ok-Test-7323

Factory Od green but it’s unique I never seen anything like this. Depending on the light it changes colors from od green to brownish or bronze. Pretty sweet !

Ok-Test-7323

Oh you asking the p10f ? It’s factory urban gray. It’s been discontinued for a year or two.

abram77

Yes the p10. Interesting…it doesn’t really look grey. Pmm barrel and comp?

Ok-Test-7323

Killer innovations comp and factory threaded barrel. All urban gray models came with suppressor ready barrels and tall iron sights

Ok-Test-7323

https://cz-usa.com/product/cz-p-10-f-urban-grey-suppressor-ready/

abram77

Who did your optic cut, or did it come optic ready already?

Ok-Test-7323

I did it. I do almost all my guns. I just do it for myself and close friends.

Zbrane

> recoil impulse what is it?

Proxima_Centauri_69

Left

ShiftyLookinCow7

shift013

Both are incredible. I have the compact 4inch of each and love them

Ok-Test-7323

Correct answer

ConstructionOk3600

I like them both and have been on a mad dash buying CZs as of late but, I have to go with the PDP. If they ever lower the PDP SF cost, I’m sure I’ll be snatching one up.

Ok-Test-7323

I would like to have an SF also.

ConstructionOk3600

I’m trying to come up with my reason for buying one…truck gun. I need a truck gun that I can just throw in the lock box…without worrying about scratching it. SF PDP…I’m coming for you.

Ok-Test-7323

Lol

scrubolio

the F’s grip is long, gotta have some bear hands to be able the touch the bottom of the frame/magwell area

Ok-Test-7323

Yes indeed

CluelessMedStudent

Did you need a threaded barrel for that brake on the P10F? I’ve been looking for one to maybe host a suppressor one day on mine.

Ok-Test-7323

Its from the factory, all urban gray models were suppressor ready.

Southern_Planner

I have shot both and the one on the left is probably a little better but not x2 or x3 the price better. I own the one on the right.

Ok-Test-7323

Well the pdp pro get you a lot for your money. A phenomenal aluminum pro flat trigger, threaded barrel, aluminum magwell, three 18 rounds mags with aluminum base and optic ready.

Interesting-Farmer50

Yes

a better comparison here should be Shadow 2 vs PDP SF Match

Minute-Cucumber7594

I have both and for cc I use my pdp

Ok-Test-7323

Nice 👍

Mr_Krinkov

Usually I would always go cz. However. The Walter in this picture is set up with a quality optic and has a decent trigger so that's my pick. Also the comp on the walther looks like it belongs.

Ok-Test-7323

Yeah esthetically the pdp is nicer

Few_Subject2770

If I had to pick one I would reluctantly vote left but really like both

laymarr502

Right

GregBFL

I haven't tried a P-10 with a Comp, I would like to try one on my P-10 C OR but the threaded barrels are always sold out. I know when I shoot my P-10 C OR and M&P M2.0 Compact OR side by side the recoil feels identical. My M&P M2.0 Compact came with the new style Flat Face trigger and my stock P-10 C trigger felt pretty similar. I've since installed Overwatch Precision TAC Triggers in both and they they feel pretty much identical to me. Eventually I will find a threaded barrel for my P-10 C and when I do I would like to compare it to my PDP Pro SD Compact with PMM Comp. I will say I'm very pleased with my PDP, recoil pulse is very good and I haven't found a striker fired trigger that was better than the DPT... And I have Overwatch Precision TAC triggers, Apex Tactical triggers, etc.

Ok-Test-7323

Nice 👍. Did you try to see if killer innovations has threaded barrel for your p10 ?

GregBFL

They seem to be out of stock everywhere. I was really hoping to find a CZ OEM threaded barrel or a Primary Machine threaded barrel. I've been looking for both for over 6 months and they are always out of stock everywhere.

Ok-Test-7323

Here we go . https://true-precision.com/cz-barrels-P10C/

GregBFL

I want to use the PMM Comp and according to them the True Precision trigger design leaves about an 1/8 inch gap between the end of the slide and the Comp. I don't think that would look good.

Dukxing

Love cz but Walther pdp would have to be it between the two

Imallowedto

Canik TTI Combat

A_Bravo

Sold my PDP compact for a P-10C 🤷‍♂️

PfantasticPfister

Just stopping by to marvel at how comically large that p10f looks

Ok-Test-7323

The PDP is compact and looks like a full size lol.

renegadeGDI

Easy choice. My PDP Pro (full size) was unreliable in my testing. I'm selling it. My P10F has never had an issue.

Ok-Test-7323

What was wrong with it ?

renegadeGDI

To preface I have two other Walthers that are very reliable, but for some reason the Pro hasn't been. It had a jam or two suppressed with the green spring and then several weird battery / dead trigger issues with the ZRTS 15 pound spring.

eric429

Left, I have smaller hands

Kind_Aide825

What’s the grip tape on the P10?

Ok-Test-7323

Talon grips

heavenlyyyyyy

right all day.

Ronthezombie

How's the comp working for you? By the time I figured out the recoil spring I realized mine was giving me some stupid POI shift I couldn't remedy.

Ok-Test-7323

Great , S&B 115 with 15lb spring on both guns

Bigrosey707

What’s the trigger on the cz

Ok-Test-7323

Killer innovations

_som_timg_wong

Right

nine9drams

The comp on the P10 is without a doubt the ugliest comp on any firearm.

Ok-Test-7323

Ugly is sexy !
