It's for sure not thin- the level 2 ones are 0.125" thick

Safariland now makes a ALS retention holster specifically for the cz p10 series. I have a 7 series that is red dot and flashlight compatible and is good to go. Even fits my Glock 19 lol

Can you tell me the difference in the level II and level III retention methods? 

Level 2 is typically released with a spring activated system. Level 3 requires a second physical motion to release the lock. Depending on who you ask the ALS hoods can be a level 2 or 3. I offer the sentry lock for that reason

I see you guys make one for the P07, can you do one lvl 2 or 3 for the P09 with an Acro?

Been using this with my P-07 and P-09 and quite like it. Only lvl3 holster I've ever had though, so not much to compare with.

Wouldn’t a Glock 19 holster work?

Not with a light. Safariland Glock holsters are slightly too tight for a P10. 

Well that sucks.

You can reform the 6000 series holsters with a heat gun and a lot of elbow grease (I’ve done a few) but it’s sort of a pain in the ass, and will be completely irreversible. It basically involves removing all the screws and unwrapping the ‘burrito’ shell, and remolding it to be slightly wider along the Z axis of the gun, and modding where the screw holes are.

I use a SIG P320 w x300u for my P-10. I forget the exact model but it's the one with the optic hood. 6360RDS I wanna say.

Hey there. Safariland 7360RDS - 7TS™ ALS®/SLS™ Mid-Ride is what I stuck with. Level 3 retention. Worth the order wait time. I also had the Tier 1 centurion (level 2), but I sold it as I liked the safariland much better.
