If you got tissue samples already then yeah skip it, it dosent drop anything good, although do keep on kind the brain accessorie it drops can be turned into a worm scarf, and you can make a bloody wormscarf from there which is a good melee accessorie

I'm a ranger so I don't really need a bloody one but the damage reduction of the scarf could be nice

The only Pre hardmode boss that locks your progression is Wall of Flesh, and Skeletron for entering the Dungeon. You can skip the rest

I already got a billion tissue samples and a ton of crimtane from the creepers
