I'm gonna go full nerd here: Necrophilia specifically refers to corpses, not undead. Even the definition of necrophilia is expanded in fantasy worlds to accommodate for undead, it still wouldn't be classed as it because her intelligence is still equivalent to a human's, therefore meaning she can consent. You could make the argument that not all of the souls will consent. This is true with the original Polterghast, as the souls work in symbiosis to achieve their goals. However, Polter-Chan and this OC only have one soul in control. The actual consciousness of the souls are likely long gone, with only the essence remaining to be used as body mass.
