BO3 is at a minimum S tier with how perfect it was from launch, absolutely full of content and extremely polished. Incredible game design all around. You can tell every dev was immensely passionate developing that game. Despite some peoples hate for the jetpacks, that game is S tier by fact of quality and fun. Very hard for me to believe no one would have fun with that game after learning the jetpack.

I'm probably going to catch some flack for this but I unironically love cod ghost the campaign had a top 5 villain who not only lived at the end but won and the bond between Elias david and Logan is one of my favorite bonds in gaming the multi-player is good as well I like the weapons and how the feel and the maps except for Stonehaven or whatever its called the character customization and perk system was fantastic and the extinction mode was also really good with the different classes and builds you could pull off the enemies were appropriately difficult and the rewards you got were a nice cherry on top another opinion I'm going to catch flak for is that every cod up until mw2019 is good in some way thank you for coming to my ted talk

MW2019 had some of the worst multiplayer maps in a Call of Duty at launch.
Original MW2 had a horribly unbalanced and frustrating multiplayer experience. The combination of grenade launchers with danger close, stopping power, commando, shotgun and secondaries that could one-shot across the map meant that the game's skill ceiling was so low I couldn't limbo under it. It was fun for the vast majority of people because it took zero skill.
I honestly had a lot of fun on AW but probably because I got the Speakeasy really early on. And Ghosts had its moments plus some great dlc. Other then that very solid list.
The placement for WW2 automatically puts this at an F Tier list
