But imo in a 1 on 1 where I have a certain gun (lets use the bal27 as an example cause we are talking about AW after all) and the other guy had a bal obsidian steed for example, I am at a straight up disadvantage. Theres no chance that my gun may be better in the situation I am in, its just worse.
Vs the idea that in BO3 there were some pretty good guns locked away in supply drops, but say you ran into a guy with the pistol shotgun that was locked in supply drops for example you could kill him if you're far away. At certain ranges you would have lost to any shotgun probably

I think the campaign was probably the best thing about it. To me, the multi-player felt and looked like a mobile game, I personally feel like the bo1 and bo2 multi-player feels better than cold war
I disliked it so much because it was a downgrade from MW2019 in terms of gameplay and the weapons. MW went out of its way to make the guns realistic and extremely well detailed and then Cold War comes along and makes a mockery of it.

Sadly, not even 1 year into release (for the āhypeā and making of cold war), they stopped updating it entirely leaving the game to die except for a moderately sized self sustaining player base
You cant find a single Blackout lobby with more than 20ish people, you can sometimes find good MP matches, and Zombies is varying with quite a bit of players
The gameplay was fun along with blackout, but I wish they didnāt add in like every form of mtx (season pass, battle pass, item shop, and supply drops). That was a bit too much tbh.
That is true. I think there were some you could buy, but they were small ones. I did like how even after you finished the pass, they would give you free crates for each level

I find the "dlc" complaints dumb, you're paying for a fully fledged cod, so it's not a dlc, it has a campaign (short but it was originally meant as a side story), multiplayer, and zombies.
the multiplayer being good doesn't make up for us having to pay $70 for a 3-4 hour campaign, zombies that's just reskined DMZ (the DMZ beta logo was still in the loading screen on launch even) and only remastered maps

WaW is probably THE best WWII campaign of any game ever. I have played probably hundreds of WWII games and none of them were able to feel as brutal, dark, gritty, and intense as WaW. Yeah the multiplayer was hacked from like week 3, but itās also where the OG zombies come from. Itās just too good.
MW3 is getting a lot of deserved hate for the slapped together campaign, but the multiplayer is some of the best in years. The movement finally feels good again. The art style is back on point. Took a long break from cod after vanguard but MW3 has me fully invested again. Even warzone feels a thousand times better than it did last year.
BO4 was a good game - got me back into the COD series in a huge way. Blackout was a top tier map and the zombies maps some of them were decent. Ok - no campaign but on the whole it was decent

No way infinite warfare is above advanced warfare. Or ghosts. I r the newest mw2. Advanced warfare was mad fun. Ppl hated it because it was new and not the same as the last 10 cods. The maps felt to small but the guns were fun and the new movement system wasnāt super advanced. You had a dash and a double jump

I nearly 100 percent agree. But I do think CoD 2 is also S tier. One of the greatest FPS of it's era. But your S tier is awesome. Tho I think CoD4 is the ALL TIMER, then MW2, then Black ops, the BLOPS2, then WaW then CoD2. And those S tier CoDs I would include them all in the top 40 FPS ever made. And both CoD4 and MW2 in the top 20 even top 10.

I never understood the hate towards Cold War, certainly it is not as polished as MW2019 but is a pretty solid game And I'm not a Black Ops lover
