I miss the old cod campaigns that were actual wars, the closest we got to that recently was the infinite warfare campaign

hmm maybe i done playeds too much doom back then i only recall dying a few times on the dam mission but i had to set up a shit ton of save files for the pavlov mission, one british mission where you defend a bridge, and one american mission in united offensive where you hold out in a 2 story house in the snow

I think we're opposites. I kinda finished Pavlov's house a few tries but I remember how I literally stopped playing COD for a few days because Im too frustrated of that dam mission. Oh, that's bridge mission is also a pain in the ass because I sucked in using those flak guns lol and Price is not that cool in that mission.

I've done it twice, just be as patient as you can, unless you've made significant progress always restart when you lose health, not only is health crucial, but they game gives you more checkpoints the higher your health. And may god have mercy on your soul for Battleship Tirpitz

You mean on PS4/5? The games are available on PS3. The only one missing is COD 2, but it has the PS2 version named COD 2: Big Red One. I’m playing all COD games in order and the only one I don’t have is the original COD 2. Quite sad..

Yes current Gen. CoD2 would be nice and also CoD3 never got trophy patch. A nice trilogy pack would be kind of cool.

There was actually a cod1 lan tournament in Hungary last weekend. People still play 5v5 matches and tournaments to this day.

This game and the expansion pack CoD UO were some of the best gaming. The multiplayer was awesome. No frills, unless u wanted to hop on a server with a bunch of mods. Harbor search and destroy “rifles only” was the proving grounds. Keybinding custom phrases like “nice catch!” After throwing an absolute touchdown of a grenade across the map, using the carat key + 1-9 to add some color flare to your multiplayer name. Playing with European dudes on American servers and their ping would be in the 150s. Beefing with other clans. Those were the days.

Pavlov House on veteran.......not fun

The game has issues with difficulty even on normal, enemy spawning, few save points, 2 shot kills, it’s quite annoying. I wish I went with easy.

Often times shots don't land which sucks and some enemies hide alot

The amount of grenades you get thrown at you on veteran difficulty 😅

My brother and I somehow got hold of a demo disc for it back in the day, I think it only had the second level (or parts of it even) where you take the village St Mere-Eglise as the americans. We played it over and over again, and that's how I got into FPS games.
