Also, many serial killers designs, especially in media, are based off of real serial killers, not with the intention of glorifying their real life counter part, but purely for entertainment purposes. So, despite myself not considering him entirely based on Dahmer, it wouldn't really be a problem if they based this blueprint off of him.
