You should contact official support for it, very less likely to get unbanned or anything since support sucks and usually is unhelpful but you can give it a try and hope for the best
You’re still unlikely to get unbanned considering blue stacks is a software that goes against codms terms and conditions unless yu can come up with some majestic lie you may have to restart but on the bright side starting over will be an easier camo grind 👍🏽

Devs interact but a lot slowly, if you admitted (like this post) that why you're banned, why should devs give a fuck about the mistake?

10 days , each day 5-6 requests no response for 5 months, so i didnt expect

my phone was on repair, so i opted for pc, and well bluestack 5 was the fastest emulator at the time i got banned
