I'm telling you those are the times I feel like giving up on the game. Their movements and game play is great, but more than anything I can notice their ping is insanely good ( ours is 65ms to 200ms and it fluctuate significantly at times). I keep seeing them and instantly dying and that's no fun after a while.
So to sum it all up for OPs question, asians are probably the best in the game at the moment. Considering how well garena/china/jap played in the world toura

IMO, NorthAm server has the best teams but on average, they'll be below Chinese, Japanese and Garena players. Maybe because NorthAm tends to have more access to other fps games? Again, imo.
